Where can I buy the pump for the 5 litre refills?

I believe Lloyds Pharmacy sell them for about £3.22. Otherwise, go online to Faith In Nature. I think they’re about £4 but you’d have to add postage. You could always try eBay as well.

Why is it taking so long to dispatch it?

It was dispatched quickly in November when I ordered it. Everything got delayed in December due to the snow and sheer number or orders. I hope it arrives soon.

Where do we send the empty to be refilled?

You can return the empty container to the FREEPOST address given on the FIN Website. Even if there is no financial reward you still get the satisfaction of being Zero Waste on your purchase at no cost to yourself. Very occasionally the FIN company offers vouchers for future purchases brought from their website directly to encourage people to return their container.
