Modern Witch Tarot

A classic Rider-Waite-Smith at its core, but with a fresh, modern twist to the artwork. The cardstock is sturdy and built to last. My only gripe is the box design, it opens from the bottom, so you have to be careful or the cards might slip out. While the packaging could be improved, the quality of the cards themselves is excellent. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a contemporary take on the traditional RwS!

Arrived today, very promptly. The cards are amazing , beautiful designs. They arrived in a lovey box and the hardcover book is very informative and easy to understand. I used them straight away!

I bought these cards because I loved the concept of diversifying an otherwise very white-dominated space and the illustrations on these cards are absolutely stunning. I also found the little guidebook super easy to understand and flick through if you want to clarify the meaning of the cards and look at the specific symbolism, but I wouldn't say it's the most comprehensive guide. My only other criticism would be is the cards are difficult to shuffle due to their size - this isn't too much of a problem for me because I just shuffle them on a table rather than in my hands but it's something to be noted. For me, these cards are more for admiring than using every single day - but I still enjoy them a lot and don't regret buying them!

I was looking for a modern set of cards for meditative purposes ie not oracular cards, just the standard major and minor arcana to use as a focus to think about whatever issue crops up in a day. The images had to be nothing too woo-woo & really not too much cultural appropriation or twee. These are a modern re-interpretation, mostly images with women, some non-binary images but all very clean and simple illustrations making them relatively easy to read without too much reference. They are slightly too large for my hands to shuffle easily, but they feel constructively neutral with decent thick card and backing. I ordered three sets, unable to make a choice online and happy to offer the others as a gift: these felt the cleanest.

Absolutely fabulous tarot deck. I’m really new to tarot myself, and it’s taken me a year to find a deck I felt connected to. I like that these are close enough to the rider Waite deck but up to date and Modern (hence the name) I love that there are all kinds of women in this deck, very female empowerment. The little book, is good for beginners, and as a starter, but you would need more information to actually learn the cards. The perfect deck for me, and I’m sure many others.

This is a wonderful contemporary witchy deck, with iPhones and technology references - a youthful, young deck in vibrant colours. The deck comes in a sturdy, beautiful box, and the little white books is.. a little white book with hard covers. I'm only giving it 5 stars because it's not my favourite kind of deck. The card stock feel a bit thick and 'cardboardy' which makes it impossible to riffle shuffle, but that's just a detail. If you're wondering whether to buy this deck or not, I say go for it. It's light and fun and relatable. I wish there were more references to all things witchy, but hey. That's just me - an old witch ;-)

Beautiful deck. I love the designs and have never resonated with a deck so much, it is based of the rider Waite tarot so it is perfect for beginners. The only possible inconvenience (you get used to it quite quickly) is the cards are super thick and can be difficult to shuffle at once but you can just split it in half and shuffle it separately. Other than that it is super beautiful and the box is adorable and the attention to detail is amazing. I love the drawings and would totally buy from this creator if the were to ever create a new deck.

Waouhhh je n'ai jamais eu de jeu d'aussi bonne qualité les cartes sont vraiment épaisses! Le boitier est super pratique et très solide! On le coulisse vers le haut,une partie blanc l'autre noir, l'intérieur est aussi noir & blanc tout décoré! Il contient un mini livre à couverture rigide, certes en anglais mais franchement niveau qualité rien à redire. C'est un jeu qui va durer dans le temps. Sinon cartes avec un revêtemet plutôt satiné/ brillant, univers très féminin(iste) car on y retrouve pratiquement que des figurines féminines sur les lames. Il respecte le raider-waite, avec une imagerie très moderne, vêtements et accessoires des années 2000. Il y a une carte bonus : pour le 10 d'pées (en double) avec le message "everytging is fine" 😊Franchement je l'adore! Couleurs chaudes et vives je laisse quelques photos pour les visuels.

O deck é a coisa mais linda! A qualidade das cartas e das imagens é perfeita! As ilustrações são baseadas no tarô de Waite e são super modernas, inclusivas, descoladas, e cheias de representatividade e empoderamento. O livrinho que acompanha o box é em capa dura e dá uma base bacana, mesmo que bem resumida, sobre o significado principal das cartas. A caixinha é bastante firme e resistente também. O deck é importado, logo é todo em inglês, e mesmo tendo vindo dos EUA, recebi em 6 dias após o pagto. É perfeito demais e to super feliz ♥

I love it! I'm very happy with my purchase! I developed recently a big love for tarot and I'm enthusiastically learning. This deck is perfect for my taste. I find it being so 'modern' easier to understand and to relate to. The small guide book is so helpful, love the easy definitions. It arrived in perfect condition and the cards are the perfect size for my hands. I love the glossy feeling!

Il mazzo è veramente bello, la lettura risulta semplice e spesso si rivela accurata, lo stile è una rivisitazione in chiave moderna del classico Rider Waite. Ottimo come regalo per i principianti. È presente un piccolo libricino con i significati, l'unica pecca è che riporta solo i significati delle carte dritte e non a rovescio. Il mazzo che ho acquistato è in inglese, non so se esista la versione italiana.

はじめてのタロットを何にしようか迷って、インスピレーションでビビッときたこちらを購入しました。 表面の絵柄も分かりやすくて、一般的なタロットの本と合わせて勉強しています。 シャッフルもしやすく、紙質もしっかりしていて簡単には折れないと思います。 はじめてのタロット購入でしたので一番メジャーなカードと迷いましたが、裏面がチェック柄で嫌でした。こちらはおしゃれな柄でシャッフル中も気分が上がります。 外箱もとても綺麗な状態で届きました。 何度か自分と家族を占いましたが、当たってる気がします。日々の生活の中で良いヒントになってくれて、タロットを始めてよかったなと思います。
