Adapter did not work with my DigiTech RP500 multi-effects pedal

Ordered this power cable for the Rowin Nano loop station pedal. It does NOT power the pedal. I tried a different power cable with the same spec and it powered the pedal fine. I have to assume the product I was sent is faulty. I did not order a new one because for the same price I can try a different brand and hope I have more luck than with this cable.

It is a fine product and arrived in a timely manner. It works great and I am very satisfied with the product.

Knew what I wanted, found it, ordered, and received. Could not have worked any better. Nice that there a good explanation of the polarity. I use these transformers to run strips of LED as night lights in my kitchen and courtesy lights when I come home at night. Nice to have enough light to see coming home in the dark without having to find a light switch.

Works on my boss pedal. I damaged my original cord moving furniture. This was a perfect replacement.

There is a hum from my fuzz pedal not present with other power supplies

I bought this for a guitar pedal. It works as described. No issues, fair price!

Adapter is marked with a negative tip. After it didn't work with my mini amp which requires a negative DC tip, I tested it with my tester. Turns out that the tip was positive. Instead of wasting my time returning it, I cut the wire and re-soldered it with the leads swapped. It worked. For all intents and purposes, it is defective.. I shouldn't have to "fix" it.
