Stay with the brand name
I used to buy the off brand filters for my fridge. Boy did I learn my lesson. The other ones always got stuck and had to keep taking apart the unit to get the out when it was time to change. Go ahead and spend the money for the brand name. It is worth it. It fits properly, it is super easy to replace and the the water freshness is way better.
