A really great little page holder--I would highly recommend
This is a great little bookmark/weight. I'd wish I'd seen it on Amazon sooner. The material it is made of keeps the holder from slipping--even if the book or magazine is slightly elevated and the pages are glossy. The quality is really good. I read books/magazines and have been using potato chip bag clips to keep pages open. They can be a pain when you have to turn the page. I now often use this product instead. I would recommend anyone who reads books or magazines to get one.

Just what I needed!
This book weight is great! It’s heavy enough to hold down the pages of a really thick book without damaging the binding. I love that it stays in place when I hold my book at an angle. It’s flexible and soft but not flimsy. Wish I had bought one a long time ago.

Stays in place, easy to still read
I like that this weight doesn’t move or fall easily, and that it doesn’t take up the whole page because it’s skinny.

sí, está bien
it 'does' exactly how described in the promo text. the packaging was a lil' shoddy jaja...i mean: did i receive a used item? regardless, it's getting the job done. expect will use for books and 'holding still fabric' for my sewing projects.

Quality leather book weight/holder!
This leather book holder is exactly what I was looking for—high quality and stylish! Although I bought it for myself, I’m considering buying a few more as gifts. It even comes in a box that's perfect for gifting.

Acrylic book separator. .
The clear acrylic is not distracting. The weight holds the book nicely to keep pages holding separation. I use it to display my son’s and daughter-in-love wedding book.

Perfect size and weight
Great way to hold the pages tight and just enough weight a light breeze didn't bother the pages.

As someone frustrated by the ability of books to self-close when you're trying to refer to them whilst studying (and definitely want a hands-free option), this is an invaluable device for holding books open on the page you want. It's so good, in fact, that I've bought two more, as it is apparent that one isn't enough! The book weight is the perfect shape and weight to hold even big textbooks open, sturdy, and made of a non-slippery, washable silicon-y material with metal weights at each end. As well as using it for study, it would also be great in the kitchen, to hold open recipe books.

For half of books I have, the weight is not enough. I have to use two or another thing to keep the book open.

This product does what it says, holds the pages well while you are reading. It's flexible enough to adjust to the curve of the book spine. However, keep in mind that the text has to be in a lying-down position and not in an upright or dialognal position; otherwise, it is meant to slide off. That's however, is not the product's fault but gravity. I haven't tested this product on huge books (more than 500 pages), but anything up to 300 pages works well.

Works as intended for small books, struggles a bit with larger textbooks like the one I bought it for. The photo makes it kind of look like it's bendable with a wire inside or something but it's just silicone, so it kind of flops in the middle rather than bending (which is fine).
