I do not give bad reviews, but this purchase has been a very bad experience due to a very bad product and bad manufacturer customer service. I purchased this product for a 2 hour international flight, with just a one way flight, the luggage arrived totally indented, (The plastic indents like a detergent bottle) full of scratches and with the numbers of the combination lock changed. It took us approximately 1 hour number by number to figure out the code because the luggage was jammed. Very bad experience and the quality is very bad. Embarrassing to walk in an airport with damaged luggage. Also the color of the luggage is not the same on all 3 bags, the medium size is a darker color. When I arrived to the US I contacted Amazon who directed me to the seller, I emailed the seller and the email I received back from the seller did not answered my questions, had very bad spelling and the only thing I understand is an offer to send me two TSA locks for free for the luggage. If you see the luggage their is no way to add locks. Terrible customer service!

First flight two Of these were broken above the wheels. They were not loaded with excessive weight. Not a fan of the durability all other features held up fine. Sturdy zippers, handles, and great sizes.
