This item arrives flat, an illustration suggests that it can be easily bent to the degree needed over a single knee. The item is useless to us as it is simply not possible to bend it. my husband ended up taking it outside placing between two stacks of bricks and standing on the centre! Still not possible to adjust enough to make it useful. Sorry I cannot recommend.
