365 Everyday Value, Black-Eyed Peas, No Salt Added, 15.5 oz

I think this was the 1st time I've tried the 365 brand & I have to say, they're pretty good. I think they would've been better with a little salt, though. But, if you're a purist, you may prefer these. I like the fact that it was a "can" of peas & not just a can of juice with a few peas sprinkled in (as so many canned foods are today!).

I was admittedly hesitant with this purchase, not having any previous experience with the brand and not being accustomed to tinned beans, but these were priced well and arrived intact, no mysteriously dented tins. And I appreciate that they're not salted. Very flavourful. I'll buy more as I need in future.

Product is great. Problem with shipping: The box containing these items was torn up, appeared to have been burst and then re-taped together. The black-eyed peas was bent in half and leaking liquid into the box and onto the gravy packet and one can of the corned beef. I immediately opened the peas and cooked them in order to save throwing them out. All else was okay or salvageable.I do not need to return but want you to be aware of the shipping condition. This box should have been trashed and the products re-boxed and taped properly.

Not very tasty. I love black eyed peas but these are bland. Mixed them up with stewed tomatoes and they were better.Like that they are organic.

Beans are great but all the cans I got had varying degrees of dents in them. I still used them but worried a bit about safety. I should have sent them back but didn't want the hassle.

These black eyed peas are an excellent product and not over cooked.

Remember when Fergie peed herself? But basically with these Black Eyed Peas taste like. It does not even have good music and I would like my money back thank you.

These worked great in a favorite recipe - teak chili.
