Definitely a 5 star product, no matter what others say! I am 5’9” and 220 lbs and the 5X fit perfectly. The comfort, ease of pulling on and quality of these stockings is amazing. They are a little loose around toe area but I sewed a knot between the big toe and 2nd toe & they don’t slide up. I bought 2 more pairs. The major discount was what attracted me but I would gladly pay the full price in a heartbeat. Worth every penny!

If you never had to wear a strong compression stocking you are lucky because they are not fun. However I made the right pick here by choosing the open toe gives you more availability to adjust for comfort. The thigh area is of good average size to not restrict too much. If you need to wear these frequently you could get used to them and of good quality to last.

My surgeon wanted me to wear compression stockings after my hip replacement. I have tried at least 6 other types and brands, and these are my favorite. I love the open toe concept, because my closed toe ones always end up scrunching my toes even though they have excess room at the beginning of the day. Be sure to measure for these, I am 5'5" and weigh 145lbs. I didn't expect to need XL, but these fit perfectly, and stay up. I hand wash them after 2-3 days, and they are holding up beautifully.

The size guide includes calf and thigh dimensions. I’m overweight, and need compression because my feet can swell and currently have an injured knee. But my feet are not 7E. The legs fit easily but the feet in these stockings were really loose and wrinkled. Really badly. I can’t walk around on floppy wrinkles all day so I returned. I’ll try a size down but I don’t want painful compression either.

Wanted a better looking option to the hideous white standard TED hose. Reviews recommend really sizing up, so went with an XXXL (and I"m not a big person) but it made sense with the size guide. Too big. Ordered a second pair at a Large and they're perfect. the others were slipping down at the thigh. These are supposed to be a tight and a little uncomfortable so they'll do what they're designed to do . I'd recommend going one (not more than 2) sizes up than what you'd normally order. I'd normally order a Medium.

Terrible product. My OBGYN recommended I purchase a long compression sock for a long flight I took while pregnant so I bought these. I wore them only part way through my flight - perhaps 8-10 hours. I had a terribly itchy rash from my upper lining for about 2 weeks. I needed to apply lot of anti-itch relief lotion otherwise I couldn't stop scratching. Regretted buying these compression socks. I will never purchase or use them again - off to the trash.

i love these compression stockings. They are very thick. I'm sure it would be extremely hard to tear these up, get a hole in them or even stretch them out too much. They are very thick, but they fit against my legs and give me the kind of support that I need for my varicose veins. I wore them all day without them ever once sliding down or moving at all. I feel like I could wear these with shorts,skirt or with pants. I wore them underneath my leggings all day and still they didn't slide down will cause me any discomfort. I ordered another pair so I would always have a clean pair.

Bought these for my husband as he had really bad varicose veins all the way up to above his knees. We have a long haul flight planned in a couple of weeks so hopefully he will be ok sitting for 9 hours in them.
