Didn’t work. Useless. Company never responded to my email. Would never buy any of their products again. I shouldn’t even have to give this one star rating.

This is a great heating pad, just for the size alone. But being able to control the heat is the big thing, also the dry, moist feature is great. Moist heat gets to the problem faster and really helps with a lot of the pain. I have used these heating pads for years and have never been sorry for it. You will love it if you ever try one.

We used it a few times and it just stopped working

This product didn’t get hot enough to provide moist heat so I returned it & ordered a clay bead heating pad I could put in the microwave.

I have it 3 stars because it is comfortable and super soft and it does help for stuff muscles but it broke not even a year after purchase. The connector started coming off and then one day it just would not connect again. Had a sunbeam that lasted me over 10 years so this was disappointing

This is a decent heating pad. It's a little lighter than I anticipated. But warms up quickly.

i have used a heating pad every day for years; i have been through several. this one, that does not require a separate cover, is excellent! the kind that has a pad cover is annoying because the cover never fits correctly, & when it shifts & exposes the plastic, it will cause burns. this pad is perfect: luxurious & safer than the others.
