I've had two versions of this product. The first one did not work. I returned it directly to Amazon for a replacement.The pics attached are the replacement. As you can see it was came broken and even trying to manage it the comb kept coming off. This is a horrible product and I would tell any potential buyers to avoid if at all possible.

Doesn’t work for my beard. I’ve tried hairspray, gel, and just a dry beard. Doesn’t do anything. Thought it wasn’t hot enough so I let it sit for a while plugged in and turned on. Just burns my hair when I try to hold it or brush though too many times.

I usually turn it on before I shower so that by the time I get out it's ready to go. Other than that once it's at operating temperature it works fine

This product is NOT well made. During my first use the comb plate kept sliding off and after a few passes through my hair, the product began to come apart. It is not sturdy. Heats quickly and can be used without the comb. I don’t actually recommend this specific product, though the type of product is ideal.

Nothing, direction are not in English and it shOw pictures for hair on your head not for a beard. Piece of crap

This product sucks. It doesn't even turn on half the time.

Complete piece of garbage. It does absolutely nothing to straighten my beard, and the slightest pressure caused it to pop apart in the middle.
