No matter your phone has a case or not when wireless charging, please always focus on aiming the Qi receiver coil (the cross star) to the middle of Qi charger and ensure the case not thicker than 8mm. ★ What make my phone really hot/not charge/charge unsmoothly? - Power Supply.
