Quiet quality winder
Piano black wood finish is upscale and pillows are a good fit. Winder is quiet. Much nicer than the ones with plastic housing and pillows.

Great Customer Service
I received this watch winder about a year ago. It appears to be well made, and the cabinet finish is beautiful. Recently, one of the motors stopped functioning, and only the right side winder was working. I contacted the manufacturer's customer service, and was quickly sent a new motor, with a link to a video showing how to install it. Installation was no problem, and it now works perfectly. I'm quite sure that the item was way out of the warranty period, but they immediately took care of it. I couldn't ask for better customer service; they made sure I was happy, and followed up with me via e-mail to ensure my satisfaction.

Motor trouble after only 7 months of use
Got this watch winder last Christmas and absolutely loved it. It looks very sleek. The motors did get a little bit louder with time, which was expected and not really a huge problem for me. But just this week I tried to change the direction that the watches would spin, and noticed that my winder will not turn clockwise. I unplugged it and tried again and now the anti-clockwise spin is very short and sporadic, and the light has started to flash when it is turned on. Pretty disappointed with the quality of the winder, especially because it is very nice to look at. I would save your money and buy a more well made winder that isnt going to stop working on you after only half a year.

No LED installed. Don't be mislead...
It works. Hopefully that will last, but the reviews show that it lights up with LED lights. Mine doesn't have any lights. Very disappointed and misleading. Oh well, when you consider the country of manufacturing, just the fact that it's working is a surprise...

The exact model I received didn’t have the USB port or the built in LED lights as stated in the product description.

DISAPPOINTED WATCH WINDER HELP!!!
This winder just Broke on the left side! I keep it in The Safe and No one touches it But Me: it’s only a Two ur Warranty: So I have to Have Another and I Love The APPEARANCE SEE!!!
