I've been eating these for several years and can tell you that, if refrigerated, they typically last up to 2 weeks.

Q: How large are these tortillas in diameter?

They appear to be a true circle, but I've found they are not an exact circle. With that said, the slightly larger surface measurement is 7 1/2- 8 inches, the smaller measurement is 7. It varies somewhat from tortilla to tortilla. I hope that helps.

Q: How are these keto friendly if they contain wheat flour?

The net carbs are only 5g. They are not the most Keto friendly given this number, but if you keep your net carbs below 20 grams everyday you will remain in ketosis as your body will immediately use all those carbs quickly and will not convert them into fats for storage.
