Good straps, adjustable, sturdy. Soft sling is easy on my girl dog's underside. I use it to help her hop up to bed and into the car, as she is getting a bit arthritic. Easy on my hands.

I don't often do reviews, but I just had to with this one. Our furbaby Lexa was having knee surgery and I went to Amazon for assistance. This sling is a true lifesaver, for her and for me. Before surgery, I had to lift her into the car (80 pound chub chub) and it was a struggle. She couldn't jump due to degraded knee cap. When surgery was on the books, I found this sling to assist with her 12 week recovery period (we are in week 2). This sling has helped in so many ways! 1. To assist in lifting in and out of vehicle 2. Walking her with assistance out to potty and back to bed per doctors orders 3. controlling her when her pain meds kick in and she thinks she is going to just spurt off on a run (BELIEVE ME, it happens alot) it prevents her from hurting herself because she forgets she can't walk, let alone run with her new hardware and knee that is still fusing together and brittle and causing more damage or undoing what the surgery just corrected). 4. It helps me get her in and out of her kennel since she can't put full weight on her leg yet. 5. It helps me get her up after taking a break out of her kennel and resting comfortably next to us in the evenings. 6. It has a dual purpose LOL I toss the handle strap over her head, and hold onto the other end, and it makes for a great harness control so that she feels unconstrained, but I can predict her attempt to get up or off her bed before she can do it. *If you have a senior dog or any age dog, that just needs that little extra help for any reason, GET THIS SLING NOW. I love that I am able to adjust the strap length, depending on if I am taking her out or if my husband is. super easy and doesn't slip loose like some adjustable straps. I is super soft under her tummy, she doesn't object to it at all and when pottying, gives her a comfortable yet sturdy support so that when she goes to posture for pottying, allows her to go without fear of over using her leg. Can't say enough about this product. So if you dog is going into surgery and you need to create a towel sling, my thought is ok, that will work in a pinch but if you are taking your dog out, day and night several times a day, and you have to adjust your posture to allow for a towel to support them, it's going to get uncomfortable for you, and the death grip on said towel, pretty quickly. Love this and as stated, a true lifesaver!

My Shih Tzu can slip out of it easily. Maybe it’s something I’m not doing, product nice quality n price good.

My Labrador is 12 years old and needs steps to get in the truck and the bed and still struggles. This sling has made an amazing difference. Our dog actually loves it too. He waits anxiously for us to put it on. Not only does it make it much easier and secure for him but it’s better on our back!

This truly made my dogs life better. My senior shepherd mix started to have trouble with her hind legs and within days, couldn't stand up on her own. She was a large dog so as you can imagine, her and I had a rough time figuring out how to help her up. She was happy and healthy but those back legs and hips were tired, weak, and becoming more painful. It drove her nuts that she couldn't get herself up whenever she wanted and it drove me nuts that it was such a struggle to help her up. I decided to look in to something to just give her and myself some help. I'm glad I came across this one. It arrived quickly which we definitely needed. It was pretty much ready to go as soon as opening and was straightforward. The stitching all looked perfect and well done. The inside material was one of the things I liked most. It was soft and added to the comfortability. There was no strong smell to it. The straps were attached really well and I'm still shocked they held up. I used this multiple times a day, everyday for a year. It never ripped, frayed, or anything. I cleaned it and it was like new. At times, it held a large part of my dogs weight, she was over 150+ lbs. Just the quality alone was worth the price. My dog never had irritation or showed discomfort with use. I have nothing but good to say, it was a big help for us. The fact it helped me help my dog, is priceless. She was able to go for walks, go potty outside, stretch her legs, and enjoy herself. It kept my back pain at a minimum and I enjoyed the time spent helping my girl. I highly recommend this if you are looking for a lift aid. Do keep in mind if you have a large dog, you will still strain but it will help immensely. Good luck with your pups.

After reading other’s reviews, I was optimistic that this would be a good solution for our 16 y/o, 33# BC who is no longer able to carry her back end. What a disaster. For reasons that I can’t explain, getting this in the right position was a challenge. I’m not sure why, as it is a similar shape as a rolled up towel but it was too cumbersome. Maybe the straps caused extra bulk to manage. Determined to conquer it, I practiced on my younger BC who tried to cooperate with the process but to no avail. That aside, once I got this under my dog, and my dog on her feet, she kept slipping out of it. It did not fit around her comfortably and it wasn’t easier for us to manage either. Because the Velcro handle is not attached, it’s just a matter of time before we lost that. It really can’t be sewn into place because the strap is adjustable but the manufacturer could sew a patch over the Velcro so it adjusts along with the strap but otherwise the product was adequate quality.

Bought just in case I needed it for our senior dog. It has turned out to be a lifesaver! When he has a hard time walking (back legs), I have been able to take him on walks outside in our yard. When he has a hard time standing up, I can help him stand up to walk. It has saved my back immensely, and given our dog his freedom to walk on bad days. It’s strong, very comfortable against our dog, washable and very easy to use. Highly recommend.

Very good to easily and inexpensively help relieve your dogs weight. For us its perfect for helping our older dog up the stairs at the end of the night to go to bed with us. He has ACL problems with his rear legs so this works excellent and helps him get up with ease. He waits for it every evening.

Llego en buen estado, lo pedi para mi perrito que ya es mayor y a veces le cuesta pararse. Es de muy buena calidad, por dentro esta calientito y tiene borreguito, tiene una bolsita para poder cargarlo. Lo unico es que la correa de agarre esta muy larga y a veces es un poco incomodo usarla, pero fuera de eso es buen producto
