Excellent for mild eczema
My son has been using this for several years. It is relatively expensive but it has been highly effective at reducing his (mild) eczema.

It worked quite well and helped reduce dryness quite a lot and scratching just a bit

Didn't work unfortunately
Nice viscous but unfortunately, despite someone recommending, it didn't clear my rash. Suppose it depends what ailment you've got but for my dermatitis it didn't work. Not cheap.

Not good for my eczema
It caused my eczema prone skin to sting, I didn’t find it soothing but found it worsened it. I generally like Cetaphil products but I won’t buy this particular moisturiser again.

This is a good brand for mild eczema skin.
My son has mild eczema, this cream helps to smoothen his dry skin. I put very thick layer on him continue for two weeks and no medicine needed for his case.
