The delivery was very quick. You can never go wrong with the Redragon brand. It's reasonably priced and good value for money. The quality is good, unlike local branded gaming mouse. This one has multiple buttons to assign different macros, keyboard keys, or multiple actions. Redragon software is very good; it has many customization options, including the ability to change the RGB light settings. This is my third purchase; they last a very long time. If you are looking for a gaming mouse with side multi-buttons, this is a perfect choice. It also comes with a braided wire, which is the cherry on top. On top of this gaming mouse, there are dedicated buttons for mouse speed control, an LED display, and a rubber-textured scrolling wheel. The mouse fits ergonomically in your palm.

One of the best mouses I ever used in my life it's design, it's controls, it's build, it's software and most importantly the 12 buttons that u will get which u can customise accordingly.Everything is so perfect about this redragon mouse with such a minimum price.... Wondering for gaming mouse then just go for it.....

It was nice the product was very good nice lighting and I have a suggestion that they should improve the brightness a little more so that it looks very nice and you also need to have a big hand to operate this mouse the weight is not also needed the stickers with it are very good even the scrolling speed is very much great performance in valorant and even when I bang my table the mouse moove too much accuracy and with the accuracy it's very nice and very useful very less weight easy to use

Very cool mouse I use it to play minecraft but if ur buying it for minecraft I prefer the one with 8 buttons instead of 12 coz u can misclick easily in 12 other than that the mouse has 5 modes in which u can chng sensitivity easily . Its comfortable it has very good grip the scrolling speed is very good the functions and features are good the size is big but pretty cool

I am an ex-gamer, and have absolutely destroyed 3 previous mouses (Logitech G402, G502 as well as Razer Deathadder Elite - all 3 have double clicking issue now xD) - what i did was played csgo and Rocket League. This mouse i am using for premiere pro and multiple windows shortcuts (like ctrl-tab, ctrl-shift-t, back, forward etc) . The software UI of this mouse is not that good looking, but it gets the work done that i all i care about. Regarding Onboard memory i dont think this mouse has that , but the software has "Export saved profile" option - through which one can export - and then on new pc import with few clicks only, so its fine.

REDDRAGON M908: Unacceptable Button Quality & Disappointing Warranty Service - AVOID! I purchased the Redragon Impact M908 RGB gaming mouse on October 15, 2024, with high hopes for its performance and durability. Unfortunately, my experience has been severely disappointing, particularly concerning its build quality and the brand's customer support. After just six months of normal gaming use, the left click button has developed a prominent crack. For a gaming mouse, the left click is the most heavily used button, and such a failure under standard operation is a clear indication of poor material quality or a manufacturing defect, not accidental damage. As someone with a background in computer peripherals, I can confidently say this is not typical wear and tear nor a result of mishandling. When I contacted Redragon's support team for a warranty claim, my request for a replacement or refund was flatly denied. They cited "physical damage" and insisted it was not covered under warranty. This response is highly frustrating, as it feels like the brand is trying to evade responsibility for a clear product quality issue. Instead of addressing the defect, they offered me a discount code to purchase another unit. This is an insult – why would I invest in another product from a brand that produces low-quality hardware and then refuses to honor its warranty for what I believe is a manufacturing flaw? Their "support" feels like a tactic to force customers into a repeat purchase rather than standing by their product. The unresponsiveness on WhatsApp further highlights their negligent service. In summary, the Redragon M908's button quality is abysmal, failing within months of normal use. More critically, the brand's warranty service is highly questionable, seemingly designed to deny legitimate claims by classifying quality defects as user-induced physical damage. I strongly advise potential buyers to look elsewhere. Do not waste your money on a product with such poor durability and a brand that fails to support its customers when issues arise.
