what does no bag included  mean.?  Is a bag required to use?

Jacquelone - the no bag comment means there’s no storage bag included with our bath. We included one with our first shipment as a free gift - this will become a standard feature from Sept 2019. Is there a weight limit on this product?

The instructions do not indicate a weight limit.  The bath is a one piece molding and rests on the toilet bowl itself, so it should be capable of supporting whoever normally uses the toilet.  Also, the manufacturers state that they will replace it if it breaks.

Our SItz bath is 15.5 x 13.9 x 4.5 inches 
A standard toilets rim with lip is around 14 inch's from side to side (outside to outside) - the length is around 16 inch's - end to end . (outside to outside).
(Note) A Sitz bath sits on the porcelin part of the Toilet - meaning the lid is up.
If you found that Our sitz bath is a little small for your toilet or if travelling and using at a friends place or Motel then place it on the the toilet with the seat down, it does work .
