I am newly postpartum for the second time. My husband recently became concerned with his posture and purchased a posture corrector and I thought that perhaps I needed one too, it might help my posture after my core being blown out by an 11 pound baby! This is comfortable enough to wear when sitting and doing homework or work and is a great reminder. As for active work like bending and reaching or anything under the job description of a mom at home, it's less practical, but I wear it for part of the day every day and I think the reminder during those hours helps with the rest of the time - I feel like I have better posture in general and I also pull in my transverse abdominals more too while I'm at it, so I think it's actually helping in my recovery process.

Wow this thing has helped a lot. I’ve had the worst posture for as long as I can remember. I’ve also had horrible acid reflux for as long as I could remember, I could never understand why because I’m thin, active and I eat healthy. But my goodness, not only did this help with my posture, but by fixing my posture it helped with my reflux too. It definitely takes time for this to work, but after wearing this intermittently throughout a week, I’ve become much more aware of my posture and have been able to maintain a better posture without it. I’ve been having horrible posture for years, so I imagine it’ll take me a while to correct the years of habit, but I’m impressed by how relatively little time it’s taken to work.

This device is actually fairly well made and simple to adjust, but unfortunately it NOT easy to wear while working and moving around. It creeps up in the back and doesn't stay in place well, even when strapped down fairly tight. It also pinches on the inside of the upper arms when strapped tight enough, restricting circulation and blood flow. In addition, you really CAN'T wear it under your clothes comfortable, as the strapping is too rough on the skin during movement. I guess the device could work well if you're sitting perfectly still, or standing only... but whenever you actually move around, it kind of shifts position on the body, which limits the posture correcting effect. Sadly, I missed the return window by a few days, otherwise I'd be returning the device for a refund.

I gave this 4 stars only because it’s a little bit hard to put on by yourself unless you get the straps on it and keep them loose to “slip your torso in”. My issue is that my shoulders already hurt, hence why I bought this, so wiggling into it has to be done carefully. I’m also petite, so it isn’t too difficult, but someone of normal or large size may find this difficult ( putting it on) once on, it’s pretty decent.

Provides support just where you need it to. And with the back support comes the pain relief i so needed. Its comfortable and not bulky. Helps with back pain and posture which is why i needed it

Takes "a little getting used to", overall I'm still in that mode. I have an issue with left deltoid so it's not easy to just reach for the adjustable strapes. I wear tee under to avoid any rubbing issues. Im liking it so far, still fine tuning the fit.

OK quality. But it is really small (the photo on the guy in the product shot is wildly exaggerated). You have to adjust it after it’s on, so you need to be able to reach the strap ends. I am 6’ tall, 40” chest, slim build, and the straps are just barely long enough for me to reach by contorting myself. If they made the straps just a few inches longer, it’d make a big difference.

The posture corrector is very comfortable and easy to adjust to fit any body style. I had my husband and my mom try it on and wear for a couple of hours and they all said that it is comfortable and it fit their bodies well. I look forward to continuing to wear this device to help with my posture and get more relief of my back pain. I am encouraging both my mom and husband to get one.
