Pretty good taste although the label was blacked out saying anti-viral. Don't know why?

Inconsistent quality
I ordered this product twice on January 3rd and January 24th. The second jar I received was very liquid and did not crystallize even after being in the fridge for two days. The first jar seemed like the real deal, with its gritty crystallized form. I will not buy through amazon again this specific brand.
