Frustrating
Pros: The nebulizer sets up quickly. You push one end of the tubing into the compressor unit and the other end into the bottom of the medicine cup. Then you turn the unit on, and it begins to turn the medicine into propellant gas without the use of a heating element, which could denature the medicines. This is fits the standards for how a nebulizer should work.Cons: While the unit is in use, every few minutes, the tubing will pop loose. Sometimes it pops out of the nebulizer unit itself, and sometimes it pops out of the medicine cup, which leads to spilled medication. The tubing is held in place by friction alone. There are no threads or clasps to secure the tubing in place beyond that. This con makes the unit almost unusable.Also, sometimes the cup leaks medicine while you are filling it. This doesn't seem to occur due to damage to the cup but due to wicking action down the cup's central opening. This will especially happen if the cup sits atop a paper towel, though it occasionally happens even on a granite counter top.

It works at a great price!
It was a difficult choice to decide which of the many nebulizer's that Amazon offers. I wanted as small a unit I could buy without risking getting a portable model that would not disperse a strong enough mist. There is not enough data on any of the models concerning flow pressure, so I rolled the dice and went with the Figerm. The Figerm nebulizer is the second nebulizer that I have owned. It is compact and disperses a finer stream of mist than the $120 unit I previously purchased years ago from a medical supply store, and if necessary won't take up half the room the previous model I purchased.

Very good nebulizer !!!
I use this for my medications for emphysema . I use 3 different products, and all ran effortlessly through this machine ! The sound level is low, so you can hear television or phone as it runs also. Nice, solid product and is serving me well so far !

Only lasted four months.
Product became very noisy and today, four months after purchase, quit working totally. Cannot find warranty information. Says it has a two year warranty but not very user friendly.UPDATE Received communication from seller who offered to replace the unit. New unit arrived promptly and has been working fine. I found the seller to be very responsive to the review written on Amazon.

Easy to use but not perfect
I use a medical grade nebulizer at work. It's super slow (an hour) but when I'm done, I feel pretty much back to normal.I bought this unit because the price was right and it had good reviews. However, it leaks medicine from the cup. It also finishes in less than 10 minutes. When I'm done, I often shake really bad (because I got too much medicine in too short a time). Also, I usually stop feeling the effects of my medicine hours sooner than when I use the other, slower nebulizer. Additionally, I often don't feel much better immediately after my treatment. I'm sure this unit is fine for maintenance mode, but I'm having a bad few weeks of asthma so it's not cutting it.

To sanitize it use distilled water and vinegar. Where you put the solution along the mouth piece.
My husband had bronchitis and the Dr told him to get the machine from Amazon. My husband likes it, he says it’s better than the ones in the Dr’s office. It’s great gets the job done.Thanks)

Good at first, but doesn't last long
The first one I got didn't work at all, so I had a replacement sent out to me. The second one worked well for about two months, and then stopped putting out mist. Won't buy this brand again

Good power to deliver the dose
The best thing I like about it is the fact that is has enough power to serve my dose quicker than my old neb that used to take about 30 mins this one take about 10 if that but I do use Just Nebs bowl which is a little more costly but well worth it anyway great neb I can get the same dose in a third of the time, it is quiet as well
