Question 1

I am not sure about my size. Can you help me find the right Primadonna bra?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Use our 3-step fit guide to measure your band and cup. With 93 sizes available, Primadonna ensures a perfect fit for every woman. Our bras are crafted to eliminate pinching, gaping, or straps that dig in, so you look and feel confident.

Question 2

Are Primadonna bras true to size across all styles and collections?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Primadonna is known for accurate sizing across all collections. Use your regular band and cup size or consult our fit guide. Each bra is carefully constructed to provide a consistent fit, whether you choose Madison, Deauville, Montara, or Satin.

Question 3

Are Primadonna bras comfortable for all-day, everyday wear?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Primadonna bras are designed for daily comfort using premium fabrics, supportive bands, and adjustable straps. Many customers say they forget they’re wearing them, as the support and softness last from morning to night.

Question 4

Do Primadonna bras provide good support for fuller busts and plus sizes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Primadonna is praised for exceptional support in fuller bust sizes, offering comfort and lift without compromise. Our bras are engineered to flatter curves while keeping you secure and supported up to cup size M.

Question 5

Do Primadonna bras have adjustable straps and hook-and-eye closures?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every Primadonna bra features fully adjustable straps and a secure hook-and-eye closure for a custom fit. These details let you personalize your comfort and ensure lasting support throughout the day.

Question 6

How should I wash my Primadonna lingerie to keep it beautiful for longer?

Accepted Answer

Check the specific washing instructions on the sewing label. Fasten all hooks and put your lingerie or swimwear separately in a sealable laundry bag. Never wring or tumble dry to preserve lace, embroidery and fit. Don't use bleach or fabric softener.

Question 7

How do I care for my Primadonna swimwear after wearing it?

Accepted Answer

Rinse swimwear in clear water immediately after use to remove chlorine, salt, and sunscreen. Wash gently with mild detergent and air dry flat in the shade. Avoid hot tubs, wringing, or tumble drying, which can damage elasticity and fabric.

Question 8

Can Primadonna lingerie be washed in the machine, or is hand washing required?

Accepted Answer

Many pieces can be machine washed on delicate at 30°C if placed in a lingerie bag. Avoid fabric softener and high spin cycles. Air dry only—heat and dryers can damage lace, elastic, and underwires.

Question 9

How should I store my Primadonna bras to maintain their shape?

Accepted Answer

Slide the cups of your bras and swimwear together and store them in a row so they retain their shape in your drawer. Do not fold or crease them.

Question 10

How often should lingerie be washed to stay fresh and in good condition?

Accepted Answer

Wash lingerie after 2–3 wears. Frequent gentle washing removes oils and keeps fabrics looking new. Following our care tips ensures your lingerie retains its shape, support, and beauty.
