The sound is a little muffled, at times I have to ask people to repeat what they said. Not for listening to music which I wanted. I was hoping for better sound quality for the money. Looks durable and the sound at the other end is good, volume control is good, and the mute button is a nice feature.

Usually my wife could tell when I talked on my headset, and the poor quality was a frustration. With this headset - she was also very pleased with the quality. I tried this in the kitchen of my office and the people I was talking to said that they could clearly hear background sound. I recommend trying a different product. blue parrott seems to have good reviews. trying that next.

the headphone does not have a mute switch. this is a very important to have missing.I purchased two of them, I am going to return one, maybe both of them.They are not useful for driving nor using in a room where music, people, pets are noisy.

Worked great for dictating my book on my phone or computer.

Works as expected, good sound the only thing that I have an Issue with is I have a very small head and they do not adjust to be small enough for me to be comfortable.
