These are great for people who are lactose intolerant. You can mix up serving using lactose free milk..

Yummy way to enhance a cup of milk or a fruit smoothie
This is a quick and easy way to get some essential vitamins and minerals without spending a lot of time doing it. At its simplest, pour a glass of milk then stir in a package of drink mix. It does make a sweet drink, so doesn't work real well in a vegetable smoothie, but it combines well with ice cream, or yogurt, and a banana. When you have a busy family to get out the door, it can be a real time saver. It is also great for coaxing picky eaters to have a little something. It should be noted that it does contain milk solids, and might not be suitable for people with milk sensitivities.

Instant breakfast is a good quick way to get your vitamins and quick meal. Love that there is vanilla choc and strawberry flavors

Ease to use. The price was good. I like the variety of flavors. I use these to help get a little more protein in my diet, but in a fun form. More as a treat than a staple. These came fresh with plenty of time to use before the use by date. I would buy again easily

Good but damaged
Product is as expected but came damaged both times I've ordered. I enjoy the flavors as I add it to my coffee to help with gaining weight.
