Fresh, cost effective way to get a large quantity of Andes mints
After reading the questions before buying (because I had some questions, too!) I'm going to answer those questions first.1. First, thing I did was count the mints. I received exactly 280 mints2. Freshness: It is 4/2/2019 today. I ordered yesterday with Prime they came overnight. The date of exp is 03/31/2020. Basically 12 months until the 'Best by' date.3. These are full regular sized Andes chocolate mints in the green Andes wrappers. They are individually wrapped. NOT Chips, not open loose mints.4. They come in one large bulk bag. Not in boxes. You will get a large plastic bag with around 280 loose, wrapped mints. For my personal use (we just like to eat these things), they are worthy of a 5-star review. I gave them a 4-star review because:1. I did find 2 unwrapped mints during my count, and no extra wrappers. So these mints lost their wrappers before making it into my bag.2. The wrappers did get a bit beat up, lots of bottom folds that were folded up so the mint looked like it was opening itself. Also they are dents and marks from damaging each other. I don't think these would be presentable for something that requires them to look smooth, shiny and pristine like they do fresh from a retail package. So this is really meant for people who use them in their wrapped state as part of a visual experience. (I can't picture how, but this was in the questions area as well.)My thoughts are these are purchased by a company (nothing about the bulk bag gives me the impression that these are packaged like this direct from Andes mints company.) in large bulk amounts and then they sort them into smaller bulk packages. Were my unwrapped mints unwrapped by a machine during a sort and weigh process or by hand? I have no idea, but I'm putting my faith in the likelihood that these are sorted in an place that processing food regularly and they were gloved hands that touched the unwrapped mints in this bag.Bottom line: These mints are delicious. They are a great price for 3lbs of mints and the free prime shipping made it almost too hard to pass up. They came with plenty of time for our family to enjoy snacking on them. 5 stars if these are for personal consumption or maybe classroom treats or trick or treating. 4-stars if you actually need the wrappers to be on the mints when you present them.

Think Ahead before Ordering
These mints are wonderful. I've ordered them twice, once in April, once in July. A word to the wise, if you order them in the hot summer months, it's extremely likely they will be somewhat melty when they arrive. The sender included an ice pack in my July order, but it was a bag of warm liquid by the time the package was delivered to my doorstep. I put the mints in my freezer, and the result was a slight discoloration of the chocolate (other reviewers have posted pictures of their two-tone chocolates). I don't believe this discoloration has altered the taste of the mints, they're truly delicious. But if I order them again, and I'm sure I will, it will be in the cooler months.

More 'waxy' for some reason.
My wife bought a package of Andes mints at the store a few weeks ago and we ate them up quickly. I decided to order some in bulk to satisfy our continued craving. These did not do the trick. They appeard to be just like the ones we bought at the store but they were not. They are unmistakably more 'waxy'. Don't get me wrong, we ate them all. But something is off with these. I don't know why. Maybe a bad batch?

Good quality and delicious
Good amount of delicious Andes mints. No issues with melted, crushed, or waxy candy as reported by other reviews. Perfect for my candy dish.

Great buy !
The candy is great. I like to snack on something good for my stomach throughout the day and the mint in these is what helps. I wish the price was a few dollars less but they sent my bag with TWO ice packs. And it was protected well .

Fresh
Couldn't be happier with this seller (TA National Trading). 3 pound bag of candies arrived fresh, undamaged and before expected delivery date. I bought a 2.5 ibs container from Bagira LLC about a month ago, the candy was rotten-not edible, avoid Bagira LLC at all costs.
