Everyone should have this in their glovebox
Everyone should have one of these in their car. I recently had a car accident and had to cut myself out of the seatbelt. I was grateful to have a knife and glassbreaker in my glovebox that my son had given me so when he got his first car over Christmas I got him this kit. I thought it would be bigger but it actually is better in the small case. Fits in glove box nicely and very quality heavy tools that might save your life.

Atomic boom! Survival kit
So once I received the box I opened it to my surprise I really didn't expect it to be that good but actually it's more than good. The flashlight is okay but I like the survival pen even more it comes with a little flashlight and window breaker slash self-defense tip also the bottom comes off and there is a tool set by the way it actually works as a pen too. The other items are mostly common items found in most survival kits but I will say one thing the knife is a very high quality steel super sharp and I like the way the grip feels.Thank you Atomic Bear!

It was good

Quality. Nothing flimsy.
Pen flash light and small flashlight are excellent. You can feel and see the quality. Both flashlights can be carried when wearing a suit. They don’t show bulkiness. Both have pocket clips and have emergency flash. Pen flashlight also has emergency pointed window breaker. Knife, emergency blanket, fire starter, para cord, and compass are also included.

Not a bad survival kit
This review is for the survival kit from Atomic Bear, which includes a "Tactical" knife, MTP6 Pen, Tactical Flashlight, Adjustable Survival Bracelet, Fire Starter, Multi Tool Card, and Wire Saw.Honestly, I have to chuckle a bit at the repeated use of 'tactical' and 'EDC' and 'SWAT'. Just because you slap black paint on something does not suddenly make it (or you) a Navy Seal. That said, this is a nice survival kit. I got it specifically to keep in a 'bugout' bag, which is a readiness grab-and-go backpack in the event of an emergency. These tools, along with extra masks, blankets, MREs, documentation, etc., help provide some peace of mind. The items in this kit are all key to survival in a situation where you may not have access to the things you take for granted. Do they need to be 'swat' or 'tactical'? Not really, unless you have the need to hide and not be seen.I won't go into the details of EVERY item in this pack, but I was actually impressed with the knife. It's a little stiff, but has a very sharp blade and seems to be of decent quality. The 'tactical pen' is one of those items of dubious value. Could it be helpful? Possibly. Are you going to saw down a tree with it? No. But it's a good lightweight close-combat defense tool and is good for some more finite work. The 'tactical flashlight' is OK, I guess. I don't understand why they did not include a battery, or at least a shrink-wrapped set of disposable batteries. Fortunately another kit I have included two, so I have an extra. The paracord survival bracelet is good, as you can unwind it for the cord, or sort out the cord and use it for fishing line.Generally speaking, this kit is organized and compact. It's a little weighty, but not too bad. It will easily fit into a backpack or your car's glovebox for emergency purposes. Water resistant is not water proof -- it will keep things from being sprayed, but is not moisture or submersion proof. As an additional note -- the compass on the paracord bracelet is just OK. The little blade on the bracelet is good, but if you are truly lost in the forest, this goofy compass will only get you more lost. This reminds me of the 'survival knives' that everyone had back in the 80s when Rambo and Crocodile Dundee were popular, where you unscrewed the handle and pulled stuff out of it, and it would have a little compass on the butt. Those were always worthless, and this is pretty similar. They often get hung on the bubble and are just off a lot of the time.Overall there are some decent items in this kit that will be helpful in the event you need them. They are NOT military quality and a real survivalist would be more selective in choosing their tools. They need to include a battery/batteries for the flashlight, but otherwise this will provide some confidence and value in the event things go really south for you.

Small and pairs well with existing survival kits
Very handy kit to have! It even pairs up with my other camping and survival gear well. It is very convenient to carry, especially in my backpack with its small size. I do recommend this product
