This works very well on my flat top. I dampen my hair, then apply.

I have had a chance to use this product. Fortunately just recently. I use the off label technique as I use it to attach my frontal hair piece. I find that this works very well if I triple layer each application and dry in between which makes it very tacky. Then I continue to facilitate the drying process utilizing my blow dryer on a cool setting. This takes a while. This is not a one and done process. I am on day three and except for the tab at my right ear, it appears to be holding pretty well. I also tie my hair up at night to reduce friction. The con is, as it dries, I am noticing the residue (dry flakes). Don't like that. So I pain stakingly remove them. Other than that, I would recommend this product. I have not, this far experienced any skin irritation. I just want to see how long this will last before I have to remove it with warm water.

I use this to glue down my wigs, a little goes a long way. I works better if you let it naturally dry, it's worth the ry time as when you use a blowdryer on heat or otherwise it turns the product white as opposed to its natural clear drying state. If it's hot outside or if you are a sweaty person like myself or are going out dancing or doing physical activity, it might not hold your wig down as well and i would use ghost bond or something similar. This is my go to for short term wig installation.

I bought this product after seeing an amazing Facebook post involving a women with essentially no hair or eyebrows and a lace front wig-- the glue held her what baby hair she had done nicely. I use it for my Sista locks [aka pretty dread locks for women] because they kept getting tangle together since I only mess with them when I wash my color treated hair 1-2 times monthly [if you don't have African kinky hair, you won't understand]. I'm very happy with the results of this product after 1 application using a medium-sized dollop for each lock starting at the base and working the gel while twisting til the end of the lock. Although, the product can lay your edges flat, it's not why I bought it.

Holds like glue, washes out really easily. If you're using it to spike and shape, it's excellent. Personally, I use it to slick my hair back into a pomp. It works and holds my hair up really well, But I would suggest using it while your hair is still damp if you want to comb through it. If you want to shape or spike your hair, wait till it is dry.

Great product, worked just fine...only problem is the price. My husband needed some and they had none in stores around here so I purchased this online come to find out you could get it for $5.81 at Walmart regularly. Usually amazon is pretty competitive with this kind of stuff. Anywho, too expensive for my taste.

This is SO much better for holding down lace front wigs than the stuff in the black tube. In the beginning I wasn't sure which product to get because everyone had nice things to say about them holding down wigs. I decided to give this tube a try after I got tired of fighting with the gel for the fifteenth time. This stuff dries faster, is less watery, and holds really well. I gave my black tube away. Keeping yellow in my hair care arsenal for life.
