Got this for my Decathlon pull up bar which isn't very grippy. Had tried many tapes, etc. but nothing worked until I found this. Been using for months and got to say it is excellent. Really easy to apply and hasn't moved since then.

I've tried chalks and gloves but this beats them all. A bit fiddly to install but definitely worth it. Excellent grip, hard wearing, easy on the hands.

Does the job perfectly. My handles on my pull up bar had split so I was doing pull ups on the metal bar - which wasn’t effective or comfortable. 1 roll gave me 2 handles worth just over lapping each wrap as I went along. Because it’s silicone it doesn’t stick to everything like a tape when you’re applying it, cut with scissors.. and boom .. doubled my pull ups!

Very expensive, didn’t provide that much grip on pull up bar, application was a bit annoying. Would not buy this again.

This does not have adhesive but sticks to it self. Installation can be a bit tricky and expensive but the grip it gives is just awesome. Completely worth the money

Excellent tape, feels like it isn't there but gives you lots of grip. The doesn't go too far and it's really expensive though so you need to plan out how you're going to use it.
