This faucet is dope
I previously purchased a Delta Ashton for approx 200 from lowes. Went to install it and the magnatite feature (which was the main feature that made me decide to get it) was broken or off the box. I said "F" it, I'm gonna try one of these non main steam faucets from Amazon. I think I've seen Hotis somewhere before so I thought they may be somewhat reputable. These other companies on Amazon had way too many weird names. Got it in the mail, seemed like they took care in their presentation (not just a brown box).REALLY simple to install. If you Know what you're doing and have a strong screw hand (lots of screwing and unscrewing the old sink), 15 minutes tops. If you don't know much, then 45 minutes and your done. Here is the tricky part. I have a really cheap sink. It's really thin. It can cut you at the open holes it's so thin. THE SINK ALONE CAN NOT SUPPORT THIS FAUCET. I had to drill 3 - 1.6 inch holes into a board (about 1/2 inch thick, 16 inches long, and 3 inches wide, if you don't have a 3 hole sink you only need to drill one hole) and reinstall the faucet with the board under the sink.I'm not a handy man. Don't let this scare you. It just took some time. You're likely to need to do that with any fancier faucet than those ugly Knob faucets. Anyway, I'm very happy with this product. The water pressure is awesome and can blast water all over the place if you open it up all the way and use the spray button. You can easily adjust it to less intense, but it does have power if you need it. The regular steam is great. It pulls out to reach the entire sink. If you need longer reach go out side to your garden because your being unreasonable for a kitchen. It drops for about 2 seconds after you shut it off.i imagine it's the rest of the water at the bend of the neck falling down. But shut completely off after that. You'll be happy with this purchase.

From love to despair!
The media could not be loaded. I loved the style and funcionality of this faucet, until the hose line began dripping water along it! The hose that you pull out like a handle to spray was leaking all along the arc of the top of the faucet as well as below the sink, which flooded the sink below and the counter above, except the part that leaked over the sink. In the video, I had pulled the hose line from the faucet and held it over a bucket to prevent further water damage, but show the issue. This happend 1 month after purchase. I emailed Hotis, but they did not offer to replace the faucet, rather to mail out a BLACK hose, since they did not have any metal replacement hoses at the warehouse. I would have thought that they would have replaced the entire faucet, according to the warantee on the product page. Emailing Hotis back and fourth ( they DO NOT have a customer service you can call) took days. Thank goodness Amazon has great customer service and refunded the faulty product.

Good for the price. Didn't last.
I love the style of this faucet. It's solid and the glides smoothly. It feels sturdy mounted to my sink, no wobble. The water flow rate is less than my previous faucet so it takes longer to fill the sink, but I can live with that. It came with the water lines and two 1/2" Female x 3/8" Male adapters (Pipe thread/ Straight fitting) for the water inlets. In my case, I needed compression fittings instead of straight fittings. I just went to Home Depot and got a pair for $4.68 ea and some Teflon tape. Overall we really like this faucet but, only time will tell. The reason for the 3-star review though is due to the cheap plastic quick connect for the extendable faucet hose. After installing and turning the water on there was a quick drip coming from this connector. Upon further inspection, it appears the "threads" on this plastic piece are deformed. We ended up wrapping 5 layers of Teflon tape around these threads and reinstalling it. Seems to of worked for now but, we will be reaching out to the seller for a replacement part.Update:After contacting customer service through email they sent out a replacement part. Took two weeks to come in but now my faucet doesn’t leak. Still love it.Update 2:After a little more than a year the faucet head has just stopped working. It no longer switches from spray to stream. The body of the unit is still in great condition.

Better than expected - great value - but installing . . .
Came packaged well and is solid. I was worried it might be cheap plastic or just thin chrome plating but it's solid. My installation was not as easy as other's indicate but that is because it was in a tight space. If following the directions, you attached the hot/cold hoses to the faucet after tightening to the sink, then the h/c attachments are covered or partially covered by the plastic nut that holds the faucet to the sink/counter. In my case, if you attached the hoses prior to setting then faucet, then the hoses will not fit through the opening in the counter top/sink (my sink is under-mounted). So, it longer than it needed to to get the hoses attached. The more expensive brands have quick connects which would have made this easier. Also worth noting, the on/off valve if placed on the side (like you see in the photos) needs 2 3/4 inches clearance behind the faucet to fully operate the valve without hitting the back splash. I need have that so I mounted it in front, which we like. Lastly, because the spout is so tall, it's almost impossible to attach to a stainless steel sink in a way that keeps it from feeling wobbly or loose. I wedged a small piece of 2x4 behind the plastic nut which stabilized faucet much better. Hope this helps before you purchase.
