Kenwood CA-SR20V Sirius Connection Cable for 2008 Video Unit

What I received was NOT a genuine Kenwood CA-SR20V Sirius connection cable. The pinouts were not correct, and the female end that connects to the Sirius radio cable is too recessed and does NOT allow for a properly seated connection. I verified that the cable I received from the Amazon vendor (Better Buy USA) was NOT a genuine Kenwood CA-SR20V Sirius connection cable by ordering the "same" cable from Crutchfiled and doing a side by side comparison. The cables were of differing lengths, differing cable thickness, and color. Also, the cable I ordered from Crutchfiled came in the original Kenwood packaging along with installation instructions. The truth was really revealed when I installed the cable I purchased from Crutchfiled and it actually worked, whereas the cable I order from Amazon did not.In the attached pictures, the cable with the gray connector is the one I received from the Amazon vendor (Better Buy USA), which does NOT look like the cable in the advertised picture. The cable that looks like the one in the advertised picture is the one I purchased from Crutchfiled. In the pictures you can see that the cable I ordered from Crutchfiled actually came in original Kenwood packaging.

had to buy adapter to work with in dash stereo along with several other pieces since sirius quit on me.

Fit perfectly with my Kenwood 516 dvd head unit.

Did its job for my kenwood dnx 9980hd head unit. But had to buy another cord to make it all work

This was affordable and it fit the bill. I have a dnx6140 so if u have one u must get this to hook up the sirius adapter(sold seperately) and should be less than $70 dollars for both if u buy on amazon.

it was not sufficient for installation as promised. Had to purchase the proper part locally from Best Buy (AKA Sh*t buy). I hate em', but needed the part.
