Good starter or low-budget graphics card
Reasonably good card for gaming, as long as your expectations from it are reasonable. I have used it to play Halo MCC on 34" 1440p ultrawide and enjoyed 130+ FPS in the non-remastered games and 60-80FPS in the remastered ones. However, it must be noted that these decade(s) old games which were made for consoles... it is not impressive that a low-end card can run them. Despite my results, I would say that this is only a card for 1080p and for low to moderate detail settings. It would be a perfect card for E-Sports gaming, and non-AAA titles unless you are happy to drop settings to keep your frametime fast. (Frametime > Details any day of the week) This could be unique to my card but the fans... have a mind of their own. When set to the "Zero RPM" mode in the Gigabyte utility the fans seem to rev quickly from zero, turn off, rev again, turn off again repeating forever until I turned the ZeroRPM off... it sounds like a car engine being revved. The fans are also a tad noisy in standard mode when they are running all the time, and I found them to be intolerable so I removed the shroud and fans, added a pair of 80mm Noctua Redux fans with some cable ties and wired them to my Commander Pro using the temperature sensor of the 1660 as the control input. Now the card is silent when idle or low loads, and the noise is acceptable when gaming. Can't really knock a star off for any of this... like I said, go in with reasonable expectations and you won't be disappointed. If you can afford a bit more for a 2060 (don't buy one now though... you know why) I would say it is worth it. If you are really strapped for money this card can get you further than you might expect for the price. The ultimate "is it for me" test is to look up benchmark tests for the card you are considering, and decide if you would be happy with the performance shown.

Great Entry VR GPU
Bought this as a slight upgrade to my rig to get better performance for my Oculus Rift S and I'm blown away at the price for how well it works. For just a little over £200, it's an amazing graphics card for the price. Couldn't be happier. Works a treat with my Oculus Rift S lets me play Pavlov on Very High, Robo Recall works with no issues. 5/5

Solid entry graphics card
For £200 this card really packs a punch and will run most games at 1080p/60fps on high settings easily. It can also handle mods too as I've heavily modded games like The Witcher 3 and Skyrim and it still runs fantastic. Anyone who is thinking about getting a gaming PC should definitely consider buying this product as it will not disappoint. My specs are: GTX 1660 AMD RYZEN 5 2600X CPU GIGABYTE B450M MOTHERBOARD

Worth the price, if you wait a while.
Really great boost, especially when transferring from Integrated Vega 8. Streaming is actually possible for me now, and all games I play now run fluidly at 60+ fps. The GPU has no issues. It's the delivery that loses a star, as it ended up arriving late. Otherwise, no other problems.

It's worth your wages.
The value for money is 4/5 instead of 5/5 because every single GPU right now is dumpster trash in terms of value for money, but this one is a little bit less dumpster trash in value for money than the rest of them so therefore it's 4/5. It tripled my FPS in Forza Horizon 5 from my homeless setup Nvidia 1030 GPU from 20 on the lowest settings to 55-60 FPS on high settings, and now I actually want to play video games with it because my eyes aren't offended by them anymore - highly recommended if you earn less than $60,000 a year but still don't want your eyes to be offended by bad video game graphics and prepubescent numbers of FPS. It's as easy to install as carefully throwing it at your motherboard and letting the GeForce Experience app implant your PC with the highest educated and most attractive donor drivers so that your 1660 can grow up to be a valuable and respected member of your PC setup.

Best budget card
This is probably the best card you can get for a budget build. Perfect for 1080p gaming. It’s probably the best of the low end cards. If you really want that extra bit of performance I’d spend a little bit more and go for a 3060ti when they’re in stock. Though I have to say you get a lot for what you pay for with this card.

Very good for the price
I combined this with a Gigabyte X470 MB and a Ryzen 7 2700X CPU and its pretty fast. I'm not much of a gamer but I downloaded the free version of Resident Evil from the Microsoft store and I was impressed by the flowing detail of the game with this card. One thing that you may find helpful. If like me you buy a CPU without onboard graphics support, you will need to buy a graphics card. And if you want to disable CSM support in the BIOS, then you will need a monitor/TV with a DP connector. With CSM support disabled graphics cards only output from 1 port while in BIOS or pre-operating system mode. On this card it is DP 1. I only have a TV with HDMI and so had to buy a DP to HDMI converter cable, £6 from Amazon, which does the job.

The best of the friggin best
This product is just amazing. Upgrading from a gt 640 was always going to be a difference but wow. This card literally does everything, and can run shaders easily. The heck you can run shadow of the tomb raider on high quality on this beast. Just to iterate , I got this for my birthday, and I’m so glad I chose it. Fantastic for gaming and great all round. Totally recommend!!!

Scheda grafica veloce e performante. Consigliata!
