This series isn't talked about a lot in the US. The anime isn't dubbed and the books are still being translated. Read it. You won't regret it. The novels are funny, fresh, and fly right by. The characters talk a lot, but that makes the novels move quickly, and this develops the characters at incredible speed. They're super light and the cover art is magnificent. I have never bought more beautiful paperback books. If only as a piece of visual art, buy this box set, but the books themselves are amazing. I'm currently at the end of Season 2 and am procrastinating Season 3 so that I can fully appreciate. ++Monogatari. Very underrated.

Came in great condition, and artwork on the box is beautiful. Nisi is an amazing author and his amazing work carries on here to give us more of the characters that we know (and some we don't) and love. The translations are very well done as well, no complaint from me there. If you love monogatari, then you'll be pleased to know that these stories will make you love it even more.

I can't help but be impressed by the quality of the product. For the price, you're getting six books, with a high quality box cover. It's a great value. I believe it might actually be more expensive (or at least the same price) to purchase the six book individually, without the box cover. I have no complaints.

This box set has my favorite book out of all the series. It arrived in a good state.

One of the most unique stories ever told. Through different points of view, in a world full of aberrations that have double meanings in context, this story is subtle, yet in your face. The packaging is great, the art on both the covers and box made by VOFAN are really good too. Shockingly the official translations manage to pick up on the subtle wordplays and kanji puns Nisio Isin is so known for. Each book takes 10~hrs to read on average, so you easily have 60 hours of reading time. If you see this review then you've perhaps seen or read season one, so this one is a no-brainer. Words aren't enough to explain how good a story this one is, and you should experience it too.

The box was amazing. Box was able to get here in good condition. Sadly somehow one of the books on the inside got a bit messed up on the edges, but that's just minor damage that doesn't prevent you from being able to read it. Good Product. Can't wait for the next one.

I really love the monogatari series so when I saw this greatness written by Nisioisin I had to buy it. The books were very interesting and I like how the narrator was different than our reliable narrator Araragi in some of the books which differentiates them from the others. I enjoy having an unreliable narrator like Hanekawa and Sengoku as it gives the reader a false sense of the characters understanding of the situation and can show the venerability of the character or even show their true colours and how sinister they can really be. I really love the artwork on the books and box by Vofan however I would preferred the characters on the box to be Hanekawa, Kanbaru, Sengoku, Shinobu and Senjogahara as they are relevant in this season. Overall i really enjoyed reading these light novels and I believe that Vertical did a great job with this box set and I hope they make a 3rd box set.

The experience woth this product is that i can't experience it fully since the product came in wrecked thanks to an insuficient packaging!
