I have a few Neiko tools I'm happy with
I have 2 older sets that have SAE and Metric without magnets. Looking fwd to using these. I've been pretty satisfied with all but one Neiko tool set which was returned no problem as I bought it used/excellent (but it wasn't). The prices are usually a good bang for the buck. The holder is nice to keep the set together and put in your pocket and why I bought a couple sets.

Could be better
The magnets are not nearly as strong as comparable name-brand alternatives. One of the magnets ended up falling out after relatively frequent use. It was used in an industrial setting with a lot of use so I won't knock it too much, but these ended up delegated to the random junk tool drawer.

Come in handy and assorted sizes a plus
Great addition to my Dewalt impact driver. Love that they are magnetic, the screws stay in place while I line up whatever I'm putting together. They're easy to use, very durable and the assorted sizes come in handy. Already bought 4 sets. Gave one to each of my sons.

Did well for the job I was doing.
This bit set, I thought was very nice. Did the jobs I needed done. Good price, came fast packed right? Used it for working on a screened in porch. Good seller.

Magnet broke loose after minimal use.
Buy nice or buy twice. I bought two of these because they were so cheap, and wouldn't you know it, I needed the backup 5/16" after only a day or two because the magnet on the first 5/16" went bye bye. If you're a pro, save up a few dollars and buy something more reliable. If you want something to tinker with around the house, these would probably work for you. I would give 2 stars, but I wasn't surprised that the magnet broke loose. They're cheap tools, and I got what I paid for.

Very good product. I'm an electrician and I use it for panels, transformers, conduit unistrut straps, tapcons.. It fits almost everything what I need! Very happy with purchase. Been using this for a few months and no cracks, no wear or damage so far, solid product.
