Is this trellis strong enough to support climbing roses?

i don't think so. I bought for green beans which only grow for one season. I have a climbing rose that has been growing for at least ten years and some of the branches have become so heavy that i know they would pull the trellis over.

Are these chemically treated ?

no they are not treated with chemical, just naturally dry,
