Has anyone used this on eggs?

Yes I have used it on almost every thing. Delicious on popcorn. I wouldn't be without this and other dash free seasonings

If you meant NOT covered using the EBT card, that I am not exactly sure. I use this as a SALT SUPPLEMENT or SUBSTITUTE, so maybe it falls under the category below? Households CANNOT use SNAP benefits to buy: Vitamins, medicines, and supplements. If an item has a Supplement Facts label, it is considered a supplement and is not eligible for SNAP purchase.

The item is 2.5 ounces. I purchased it from amazon after my mom suffered a heart attack. It`s a bit spicy but does the job if you are following a no salt diet. Try to see if you can find it in your neighborhood. It might be cheaper and or a bigger size before ordering online.
