All Nordicware pans are wonderful! The key to using these types of loaf pans is to use a good quality paintbrush when you spray the inside to make sure the nonstick spray is lightly spread into every nook and cranny. If you go to their website, they tell you that. They make absolutely beautiful loves of quick breads. I use all different designs of them to make Christmas baskets of baked goods for people. I highly recommend ANY pans made by Nordicware. They do not bend or buckle under heat, they will last a lifetime if you care for them, the loaf pans make just gorgeous loafs, and the sheet pans make perfect cookies and do not bend or twist in a hot oven. But the absolute key to the decorative loaf pans is to take a good oil paint paintbrush, (brand new & clean of course, & use it only for painting into every little nook and cranny, a very light coating of floured cooking spray), and those pants will release that loaf with ease after you let it set for ten or fifteen minutes. Awesome pans!!! You cannot go wrong with Nordicware products!

This is a beautiful sturdy pan that will last a lifetime. Grease the pan just before pouring batter into it (or the oil may poolin the crevices). Use vegetable or canola oil and brush it into all the crevices, especially at the top. Don’t use so much that it pools or the cake will be greasy but make sure it is greased well. Cake will pop out easier.

I would add a photo, but the coffee cake I made in this pan is nearly gone. It happened very quickly. The Jubilee Cast Loaf Pan is heavy gauge aluminum. It holds and dristributes heat very well, anmd just bakes better. I have a bunt pan from this line and was just amazed at what happened with an easy quick bread recipe that I thought about getting another right away. I didn't because we really do not have the space to store another bunt pan which doesn't nest. I might have said the same of loaf pans, but this is so much better quality than my other metal loaf pans that I can find the space by putting all the others in the Goodwill box. Quick breads rise an inch or two higher in these pans. It's almost like magic. The design is crisp (as it can be in dough) but it takes careful prep to remove things well... at least I used a good deal more butter than I would have with a straight edge loaf pan. Despite having intricate designs, none of the pans have undercuts so loaves are easy to remove, more so than they look like they will be. I like the pan well enough that I almost ordered a second for my daughter, who is a chef. I may well. I just need to find out if she has the space for it first. {She is very particularly about cooking equipment, has a lot, and a little space.} This would be a worth addition.

I’ve enjoyed baking with Nordic Ware for years. This is my 3rd piece and my first loaf pan design. As expected, it bakes evenly & cleans easily with handwashing. The designs are beautiful & transforms your baked goods into stunning presentations. Whether a cake or a bread, the release is seamless! Already looking forward to my next, new design!

I wanted to make a Champagne molded jelly for my friend's Roaring 20s birthday party. After finding the perfect recipe in a Downton Abbey cookbook, I knew it needed a beautiful mold. I've never been so excited about a kitchen item before, but I love everything about this. Made in the USA, family-owned, durable, elegant - all around perfect for what I was looking for. IMPORTANT: I've read some reviews where people say it's difficult to clean or to get their bread/cake out of the mold. I was nervous about the jelly sticking or breaking, but a few good sprays of cooking spray did just the job well. Not sure how well it shows in the photo, but the lines were as clean-cut as glass. It ended up being quite the show stopper of all the party food! I've also used it to make a cinnamon cake-bread, and it does "rise" out from the bottom of the mold - this can be rectified by just shaving off the excess so that it sits flat when you turn it right-side up. Nordicware, you have a diehard fan for life! Perusing more products as soon as I've finished my review.

Really lovely loaf pan, but be cautious that the capacity is not the same as standard loaf pans--cook times may also vary. That being said, the end result is so gorgeous that you'll find yourself committing to more experimentation.

The pattern on this loaf pan is quite pretty.i made a pumpkin loaf and the pan released the cake with no difficulty.

Works better than glass or metal loaf pans. Just follow grease/flour instructions. Follow cooling instructions. Came out of pan perfect. Very pretty. Every design detail perfect. First time using this pan. Used a pumpkin loaf box mix. Batter fit perfect. Baked for 50 min. A little brown. Will cook less at time. The pan may, may cook a little faster, I'm thinking. Yah, a little pricey. But I was tired of remembering how which pans I had cooked faster etc. And the cooked loaf always stuck. No matter what I did. Cheap pans are useless. Buying another one.

This is the new Nordicware Bundt. I adore baking Bundt cakes and this is superb quality. I love the stylish gold color and the quality is excellent.

Trés beau moule, fait des gâteau d'une trés belle présentation, même si ce n'est qu'un gâteaux au yaourt, se démoule trés facilement. Si vous voulez épater vos amis ou votre famille c'est le moule qu'il faut employer.
