A well made device - with caveats
As all have noted, there really are no instructions - only a parts diagram, and a tiny one at that. However, there are YouTube vids showing how to assemble. As with many Chinese products, some finish manufacturing and adjustment is required. I noted some slack in the hinge/pivot. I added two mylar washers (very thin) on each side of the moving arm and it snugged it right up. Some high quality grease on the pivot should last forever. I placed stainless washers under every fastener that I could, to spread the load of tightening. I also cleaned and lubricated the vise threads, as they were a little rough. On the rubber-tipped bolts which position the grinder, they have nuts on one side only and nothing to keep them from falling out if you remove the grinder. I filled the cavity on the back side of those bolts with nylon washers and now a jam nut holds the adjustment if I remove the grinder.Even though the base is stamped steel, it is thick enough to offer decent support for the rest of the tool. The handle attaches solidly. I used a small combination square to make sure that the grinder blade was with 90º to the vise jaw and perpendicular to the base. That way, cuts will be as close to 90º as reasonably possible.Everyone asks about the "S" shaped plastic clip. The only thing that occurred to me was that it is a clip to hold the grinder's power cord out of the way. I clipped the cord in it and then attached it to the return spring on the back of the arm and it works fine. The hardware seems decent enough, but I had to fab a threaded nut to properly hold the spark shield arm. When tightening the socket head screw, it would begin to spin in the slot provided for it. All issues solved, it is ready for use - although I haven't actually tried it yet. For those who want more "reach" or depth of cut, you can try re-positioning the stationary part of the vise. If your grinder will allow, try a 5" blade for more reach to make 45º cuts. What would be nice? A little plastic block to hold the three hex wrenches needed to make adjustments. Other than these details, the unit seems substantial and generally well made.

Angle Grinder Stand
This is a light duty stand, perfect for the lightest and smallest grinder in the market. You want to minimize breakage of the stand and/or grinding wheel by not pressing to hard while cutting. The grinder on the stand works best with flat bar mild steel maximum 1/8 inch thick by one inch wide and for square tubing, one by one, 18 gauge or thinner. Take extra time to square the stand with the grinder, it’s a little cumbersome. By squaring the stand with grinder you will get fine square cuts. Tighten all screws and try to leave the grinder there permanently. I recommend using a foot operated “Momentary ON Switch” to shut off the grinder immediately in case something goes wrong. Remember, the grinder is not design for this stand and it’s the grinder that can hurt you, not the stand. Overall it’s a good invention. Two Thumbs Up!

Its ok for the price
This needs to be more sturdy and made fully metal, I understand it has plastic to make it cheaper but it makes it less useful.

Neat Little Device - A Few heads Up for Potential Buyers
I rated this 5 stars because of the price and how darn handy it was for me. That said there are a few things you should know before you buy.First, the assembly instructions amount to a single blow out drawing and are a bit lacking. If you are fairly handy you will figure it out though. Second, the stand works by anchoring to the hand grip holes of your angle grinder and assumes you have both a left and right hand hole on your grinder. If you only have one, this isn't going to work without some sort of additional modding Last, you will want a grinder with a paddle switch that locks on, or just a normal switch. Any grinder that requires an "always on grip" will not work without replacing the switch. For those that can lock on, you may want to consider an external switch. I found a foot switch to be perfect for my setup as linked here: https://amzn.to/3hXVdfJ

Not impressed, but works and relatively sturdy
I am a DIYER. I am use to assembling and putting things together / building things. I am use to working with minimal directions and figuring out things. So when I say this thing has really poor instructions that are hard to follow and it is not easy to assemble believe it. It does work OK though once assembled, but way to complex to assemble and too many parts for a simple product. I would have gladly paid more money to not fumble with all the parts. I would not recommend anyone buy this unless you really want to save a few bucks and have time to waste putting it together. Once assembled it does work OK.

BUY A FOOTSWITCH
Way better than I expected for the money.Assembly was not obvious, but between the instructions, picture on the box, and a video showing it being used, it went together. Pretty sturdy stamped steel and way too many Allen screws do a good job of holding the grinder in place. The problem is that the switch is jammed close to the rig and hard to reach. Cutoff wheels can wear funny and rarely come apart. You do not want to be reaching around to turn the grinder off. A cheap foot switch solves this problem

Very awesome device!!
I don’t write much reviews these days but I felt compelled to write one for this contraption. I love it, I will start with that. It feels very sturdy and for the price, I feel I like I got a great deal. I was concerned for the quality given the very cheap price but boy I came out really impressed. The instructions could be a bit better, but overall, this device is worth every penny. I already used it and yes it does what it’s supposed to do. Good job whoever designed this contraption.
