Fabulous little grass cutter for small gardens. The driver who delivered the item went out of his way to help place the item in a secure location so that my disabled mum could store it until I came along to assemble the lawnmower. Assembly is straightforward, and the lawnmower height is adjustable via washers that are placed under the blade using the tool available. Instructions is our little difficult to follow. Materials are mainly plastic and metal and the durability should be longer lasting. The weight overall is perfect for anyone whether they’re able bodied or not.

I only have a reasonably small grassed area as the rest is artificial so I wanted a small, lightweight mower that was easy to move about. This definitely fits the bill although I was a little over ambitious thinking it would easily remove the long weeds shooting from the short grass! I wouldn't recommend on a lawn that is too long or full of weeds but it is perfect for regular use at maintaining lawn length. Compact and lightweight, manoeuvrability is also fantastic. Assembly was literally attaching the handles and diagrams were provided if needed. For larger lawns you may have to empty the grass a few times but that's no hard task. Simple to remove and reattach and given that it only holds 15 litres it isn't heavy when full either.

I've only recently purchased this, and so far I'm not disappointed small and compact, suitable for the small to medium sized gardens but do not underestimate it. In my experience it was easy to assemble cut and collected the grass with no difficulties, there is a noise level but nothing disturbing, compact yes, good quality, its a good functioning machine. Cleaning it is not difficult. It does have safety functions and a speed and power suitable for its size. Would I recommend yes, particularly if your not a garden expert and want your garden to be neat and tidy.

The mower itself works fine but I couldn't assemble it on my own. I have always managed in the past but this time, I could not get the locking nit to attach the handle to the body on one side. The first one was easy. The second would not go completely through without banging it with a hammer. I was a bit worried that if the nut broke or bent, I'd have a useless mower and wouldn't be able to return it. But the biggest problem was with resetting the cutting height. Normally I can unscrew the blade with no problem but not this time. I had to get my neighbour to help, he's in his 30s and strong, and he struggled to turn it. In the end it took all his strength for around 10 minutes before it loosened. He nearly gave up. He wanted me to mention this on the review because he said it should never have been that tight. And as I said, as a 70 year old woman, I can normally do it myself. That's why I've given it 1 star. It was very nearly impossible to change the cutting height. We even did a short cut with the cut unchanged, and that would have been find if I wanted long grass.

I bought this with an end of season reduction last Autumn and have only now used it a couple of times. I have a big petrol mower but this was for a small newly turfed awkwardly shaped piece of grass behind our pond where the big mower wouldn't have got into the corners and might well have chopped up the new turf. I wanted a mower with a collection box to avoid filling the pond with grass cuttings. It was easily assembled, lightweight and the metal blade cuts well. The small collection box isn't a problem for a small area. Those are the good points. On the negative side, as other reviewers have noted, it doesn't hover well and needs a fair bit of pushing. An old Qualcast hover mower I had years ago worked far more efficiently. The 25cm blade would be acceptable for a small area but it doesn't extend anywhere near the edges of the body so if your lawn is up against a solid edge you will be left with a big gap for strimming. As it's well past the Amazon return window I'm stuck with it and will manage with the aid of my strimmer but I certainly wouldn't buy it again.

Works better on flat surfaces the size is more than adequate. I enjoy the flying motion means you are not using too much energy. The only downside extra nuts and bolts becuase mine came undone and lost one. The instruction was simple and self explanatory.

Great mower easy to use. Not heavy as it hover mower. Grass Collection good also.
