I had to return my initial order for replacement. Issue resolved.
The manufacturer sent a blue print head labeled as a black print head. The print heads are pre-filled with ink and therefor it could not be used in the black printed head location. I returned the printhead and was provided with a replacement set that seems to be working fine. Overall I'm happy with the product, but it took a while to get it resolved.

Resolved Issue Quickly!
I ordered four (4) remanufactured print heads for my HP 110plus and two were defective. An email to the seller resolved the issue quickly and they sent out two replacement print heads that worked perfectly...no questions asked! My printer now works like new! I would order from this seller again.

Worked for 7 posters across 3 days - then no bueno
really only needed the black 11 print head, but bought this set as still cheaper than the HP black printhead by itself. It worked when installed... FOR 3 DAYS. Back to where we started needing a black printhead. This is for our Poster Printer - HP DesignJet 111 Roll. we got a total of 7 posters out of it. So frustrating
