Super versatile and yummy seasoning
This seasoning is really a wonder for pretty much anything. We use it on air fryer veggies, fish, grilled meats, potato salad etc. It’s very good, it’s mildly spicy, and has a unique flavor. It’s super easy to manage the packets, we just dump them into an old spice shaker and it keeps fresh.

Who doesn't like larb?
A staple in our diet! Not as cheap as the grocery store, but convenient.

Best Easy Larb/Nomtok
I worked in a northern-Thai restaurant for years and larb and nomtok were always favorites. I’ve always struggled getting the fish sauce/lime/palm sugar ratios just right…and frankly keeping a handful of specialty ingredients on hand can be difficult. These packets are PERFECT! And so easy to use! I wrongly assumed they wouldn’t be spicy enough, but I would say they are a typical restaurant “hot”. If you are someone that likes sour, a squeeze of lime after you dish it up will be perfect. 10/10…will recommend to literally anyone!

LOBO Laab without shrimp anymore?
Great product. I have used many times in the past.Though currently the ingredient list includes shrimp. Does LOBO make this product anymore without shrimp for those who can not eat shrimp?Any information on this appreciated. TY.

Very Flavorful & Spicy
Excellent authentic Laap spice packet - a bit spicy but the real thing, would recommend it.

Tastes great and way cheaper than restaurants
This is my go to Larb mix, usually mixing 2 packets for every 2lbs of turkey/chicken or pork, if you like it spicer go 3 packets. I also add 1 bunch of cilantro, 1 bunch green onion and 2 limes per 1lb of protein and some black pepper...tastes is awesome!!!!

Lobo Larb powder saved my life in the NBA bubble.
TLDR: this is your new table condiment like old bay or sriracha. Don’t sleep on this - buy a case..Back story::had this product in my cabinet for many many years and I never tried it until a thai friend told me it was the secret to their Laab. Here’s where things get crazy....I was asked this past summer to work in the NBA bubble in Orlando for 4 months. All I eat 75% of the time is food from Asian regions and mostly thai. The bubble had a strict no delivery food rule and all meals were catered by some kitchen in the Disney universe that was spawned by Satan & I think existed to cook food from all the leftovers from the parks that had food itemsGoing up for expiration. I’ve been working in production for over 15 years and it’s the worst catering I’ve ever experienced...Mind you for 4 months every day...Luckily I had bought from Amazon a bunch of this stuff on a reccomend that it should be good. I had seen it before, and impulse bought it a few times at the lotte grocery but it always languished on the shelf...So that first day of quarantine when I got served unidentifiable meat slabs with something gravy like - I ripped open the lobo laab powder & doused it in that.Amazing! The food was now edible- I quickly gave my crew the remaining packets and ordered more. If it weren’t for the powder I would have starved to death. Or worse.Don’t let bad food make you sad- LOBO LAAB POWDER FOR TABLESIDE CONDIMENT 2021!**NBA Bubble Creative Screens team powered by Lobo larb powder. ***
