MISSING A PART
PLUMBER HIRED TO INSTALL ONLY TO FIND THE BOX OF CONTENTS WAS MISSING THE SLIP FIT SPOUT SCREW FOR THE TUB FAUCET. THERE WAS NO SCREW IN WITHIN THE PACKAGING.THIS THEN REQUIRED A SECOND TRIP THE NEXT DAY FOR THE PLUMBER TO GET A REPLACEMENT SCREW TO INSTALL THE TUB FAUCET.THIS COST ME IN LABOR AND WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING.

The handle for the water hot and cold is backwards.
It is cheaply made and the handle for the water temperature is backward. Disappointed in it. I ordered another one for my other bathroom, from a different company, it is a much better quality.

Cartridge replacement required within the first year
In just about a year I had to replace the whole cartridge, spending additional $30+. Not what I expected from a brand new Moen product
