This has definitely been a life saver for me. I began having light hot flashes in January and then it just increased horribly by early February. It was insane how I would wake up super hot and sweating away, not being able to sleep and always so tired. I did not want to rely on estrogen patch. I wanted something more natural instead of relying on drugs so I did my research and bought these pills and by the tenth day, I felt the difference. By the 15th day I was no longer waking up and having hot flashes. I take this religiously every night. I’m on day 24 and just received my new order today. I have my energy back as well. I too like most other got hit full on the face with the onset of perimenopause and it was a hard adjustment. All of a sudden all these hot flashes and this coming from someone who generally a cold person.
