This is an excellent, comprehensive guide to Demonolatry. It draws in the reader with its informative explanations and history of this ancient practice. I discovered S. Connolly by chance on youtube; she discussed aspects of Demonolatry, and I was definitely intrigued with her expertise and down-to-Earth demeanor. This book teaches readers that we are a part of something bigger, and vice versa. Demonolatry is NOT the sensationalized violence that is shown in movies and television, but rather, an enlightening journey. You learn about the wisdom and energy the Daemons bestow and the connection of all things in the universe. Simple rituals and chants are explained concisely. The book is full of resources, too. If you're curious about the world of Demonolatry, this book is essential.

This is a very well detailed book that is perfect for beginners (like me) and probably for the more experienced as well. The author begins with what demonolatry is and is not that cleared up some misunderstandings I had. She then progresses to deeper levels in a sequence that makes sense and is easy to follow. She spends the most time on the different demons (daemons), their attributes, and how to work with them. The “bonus” for me is the pre-initiate training section toward the end of the book that is guiding me through where to begin my learning about this path, or religion as it were. S Connolly seems to have thought of everything when writing this book. Very nice work!

Very informative, good and easy to understand writing. Very good read for anyone, beginners - experts in demon magick. Good reference book to look back to, she offers other book recommendations, history, and there are brief descriptions for many demons. Seriously a must have for anyone involved. Thank you for this amazing working, cannot wait to read her other books.

Connolly's book is very informative and potentially extremely useful for those who are wanting more than standard occult drivel. She gives a lot of new ideas for a Theistic Satanist to put into practice, though she herself is a "Demonolater." I really enjoyed the concept of patron demons for the individual practitioner, which is a topic that was in my mind before reading this work, though I think she took too much emphasis away from Satan Himself. Some other problems: She gives too much credence to blood sacrifice, especially having the new initiate drink the blood of the rest of the coven. This is very dangerous in the world of HIV/AIDS, plus her instruction to open an old (though small) wound leaves too much risk for infection. Another problem: Connolly badly needs an editor. There are a ton of misspellings in this book, and this especially is annoying when she has a demonic name spelled two different ways within 2-3 pages of each other, sometimes making me wonder if this is intentional (in the case of two slightly different demons) or accidental. Despite the problems, I would definitely recommend this book to our local public library, which only has LaVeyan books in its catalog.

So good! I promise you will not be disappointed there is so much information in this one book - totally worth it. Great for beginners but anyone could benefit from this book.

This is an absolute treasure trove of useful info and advice. Such a great book that is easy to navigate as well as being very practical.

This book is great for those interested in demonolatry. It is practical, well written and comprehensive. I highly recommend this book for all seeking to start out in demonolatry.

En México y en el mundo es difícil conseguir un completo libro para comenzar con lo básico a trabajar con los d_oses pasados que han sido demonizados por el Cristianismo, y S Connolly es una gran autora para guiarte en aspectos teóricos y prácticos. Trabajo con obras de Gallery of Magick con resultados que, literalmente, han cambiado mi vida para bien y están sanando a mi madre de su enfermedad (ojo, ellos trabajan con ángeles en el 90% de sus libros), y aunque ayer ya sacaron un título básico para comenzar con demonios, creo que éste te da una perspectiva más amplia de lo que realmente es el arte de trabajar con demonios ya que aborda la teoría y la práctica de una manera más amplia. Totalmente recomendable para personas con conocimientos básicos espirituales y ocultistas.
