Velcro is good hasn’t weakened so far - weight perfect for leg raises
These are great if you want to intensify leg raises or back leg raises I’ve noticed they add extra difficulty to my workout- I wouldn’t suggest beginning with these but for anyone who has been doing exercises they are definitely worth using to increase your levels - these cannot be adjusted weight wise unless you choose to use one alone

Very good quality
My old ones had perished so I needed new ones. Due to having my hip replaced I needed to build up the muscles in my legs. This was a perfect way of doing it. I got heavier ones this time. For walking about the house in they are not too bulky but they may be if using them for the gym.
