My mother asked me to order these for her as she suffers from arthritis and fibromyalgia . I was septical but the change in her is very noticeable. She has a lot more energy throughout the day and she is sleeping better at nights, but its how more mobile she is that has really made a big difference to her.

I have been taking these for a few months now,l have more energy,my joints are not as painful,they contain Turmeric which seems to be talked about a lot for the benefits it has,also honey which is healthy. Will keep on taking them,really pleased with the results.

I was recommended turmeric tablets to ease joint pain and increase my energy levels but I believe I had a reaction after 3 weeks of taking them, I had severe pain in my gall bladder. Which I attribute to the spice which I normally do not take any spicy food.

Trying to find something for my elderly Aunt who suffers with fibromyalgia and because of other issues can’t take certain tablets ie ibuprofen. She has said she thinks they are starting to help.

Was taking 2 for the first few days and found the dosage was too much for the spice that is Turmeric, now gone down to one and finding a more settled dosage. Have found they are helping with an elbow pain also with the digestive system.
