Wise Organic Pastures Chicken Whole Broilers Cryovaced, 3.5 lb

I have bought Wise Organic Pastures chicken before but sadly the store I bought them from must have left them out or did not have a good refrigeration unit because they were not edible. ONE store (2 in the state) in my area has fresher (comes in frozen and they have it in a refrigeration unit) kosher meat. But they can no longer get broilers. My only other choices are driving down to Dallas (up to a 4 hour round trip) or order from out of town. I was so happy and so excited to see Wise Organic Pastures on Amazon. I love to use the broilers for Bundt pan chicken and potatoe kugel stuffed chicken. These are my 2 most favorite ways to use broilers for special din-dins.So let me be the first to say that Wise Organic Pastures has been the easiest and most friendly to deal with. A little hick-up happened. One email from Amazon to seller and one email from Wise Organic Pastures to me, was all it took. Problem solved. No back and forth. No email after email. No having to call Amazon again about the issue. Wise Organic Pastures stepped up and took care of the issue right away. My chickens came with the utmost care. They know how to ship for out of state (their is a seller on here who could learn SO much from them!). Frozen chickens, dry ice, quality cooler. The chickens were a nice consistent size. Some larger, some smaller but mostly all a good nice size. They know what they are doing and know how to take care of their customer. That is very important to me.Thank you Wise Organic Pastures! You have a life long customer!

Wise sent a beautiful frozen Turkey but I had attempted unsuccessfully to cancel it before shipping. They were very cooperative to assist me to send it back in its frozen state and refunded product and shipping. I wish I needed that Turkey. It was clearly beautiful, unblemished, plump but not fatty. I would use them for future needs.
