Perfect fit!
I'm not one that tends to leave reviews but these Bushnell Elite 1 mile rangefinders are just perfect! Let me say that I'm not new to rangefinders or good and bad glass so when I put these up to my eyes and adjusted the focus I was simply amazed at the clarity and large field of view, and thats coming from someone that has been ranging with the Leika 10x42 Geovids for the last few years. As far as ranging goes they claim 1760 yards or 1 mile but so far the max I have seen on the screen is a little over 1600. Imo the build quality is very good as they do not feel cheap. I love that they are bigger as they feel way more stable in my large hands then all the other new style monopod rangfinders ive owned or tried. It's also important to me that they be threaded to attach to a tripod for more stability and the Bushnell' s do not fall short here either. One reviewer mentioned that he sold his Bushnells to buy the Sig Sauer Kilo 2000 rangefinder that touts a range of over 3000 yards at a reflective target, so I went and bought those as well this week and must say that I was highly disappointed with them! They never ranged as far and the image was not good and clear either and they cost well over $100 more. Hope this helps someone with there Buying decision as I will be showing these to all my Hunting friends and would definitely buy them again.

Works great. Just wish there were more ballistic profile options
Works great. Just wish there were more ballistic profile options. Or a ballistic calculator built in. For the price I highly recommend this range finder. It easily ranges out past 1000 yards.

Ridiculously awesome. Great value for the money
Ridiculously awesome. Great value for the money. This thing has so many options it's like a mini-computer, yet it feels very sturdy and is rubberized so if I drop it I don't have to screetch like a little girl before it his the ground. Bushnell is not kidding on speed, it produces virtually instant distances.

The item was listed under 'CONX RANGE FINDER'. After much testing and product reviews I believe this is a very nice range finder, but does NOT have the CONX feature the 'search' indicated was included.

Works as expected.
Just received it and it functions as expected so far. Haven't been able to test it to the full range due to my terrain though. Not giving it 5 stars due to it being an obviously open box/returned item and not new as listed. The registration card had "Done" and dated 9 days before I purchased it. Additionally, it did not come with the case and strap as listed. But for the price I guess that's expected.

Super fast! Ranged 1273 yards as fast as 23 yards.I up graded because I could not range passed 555 yards with the one I've had for the last 6 years. The Elite hit it in less than a blink of an eye. This is the fourth RF to hit that range( that's where my farthest target is), so my confidence on the accuracy is 100%.The main reason for my purchase was so I could range 1200 yards(and in) for 300 win mag target shooting.I hunt with a bow and have used RFs back when cell phones weighed about the same as the RF. When you were standing in the rain begging the thing to give you the same reading twice. The Elite is as fine as frogs hair, the bomb, the ____, top of the pile. You get the point. The Elite will be with me on every shooting or hunting trip I take. It is so very fast and the 7x is a real advantage over 4x(might help you see that stupid branch that throws your arrow to the sky!).I'm sure you can find a better RF. One that you can sink deeper, drop farther, or range at greater distance. I carry my RF on my chest with a common retention system. If it fails for the first two reasons, I won't be around to care. And who really needs to shoot passed a mile!

A rangefinder that ranges what is advertised!
I rarely write product reviews, but I'm very impressed with the the Elite 1-Mile rangefinder. This is my second rangefinder, my first being a Leupold that advertised that it could range out to 1000 yards, I was never able to get it to range over 350 yard. So to say the least I was going into this Bushnell product with low expectations. I was very surprised when I was able to range a lone bush on an open hill side at 1500 yards! I later confirmed with Google earth and it was within 1 yard! anything under 1200 yards is an almost instant reading, when stepping out past that it may take a few tries and the right target, but I've been able to consistently range items out to 1500 yards. the furthest I've ranged so far is 1609, and that was against a house, I believe the only reason I haven't been able to reach the advertised range is because I haven't found a "reflective" target that is right around a mile. In my opinion this is an amazing buy, you get the ranging capability of the higher end stuff for a price that is hundreds less. My only complaint is the glass in low light isn't that great, but I don't use this for glassing, so not a big deal.

99.99% as advertised
I bought this a year ago for hunting and long range shooting. I don't know why they call in a one mile rangefinder. A mile is 1760 yards and I haven't been able to range anything past 1750 yards. There's a bit of sarcasm in that statement. 1750 yards to a tree? Are you kidding me? That's awesome. 1400 yards to a tree or a bush is instantaneous. 1500 yards takes about a second. 1600 usually takes a couple seconds. Beyond 1600 yards is hit and miss, depending on light conditions. 4 stars only because it's a ginormous rangefinder, but hey, it does what it says it will do. Well, 99.99% of what it says it will do.

Can't read the display outdoors in sunlight
Seems super accurate, but it's impossible to read the display in daylight. I brought it out for some target practice and all my friends grabbed the cheaper non-bushnell (and less accurate) rangefinders because they couldn't read the distance on mine. Given the money that's really disappointing. There is a workaround, but it's a pain... you have to point it at something, click the button to lock the reading and then put your hand over the front. That makes enough darkness to read it. I really wish I had tried this thing outdoors sooner as I would have returned it for sure.
