I bought once here on Amazon and package with 8 or less suction plunger I couldn't find them thus time,but long story short this 3 come with a case so it won't get dirty and I love it.big size and gold quality and price easy to use obviously Why did you pick this product vs others?: Because of the price and reviews and quality

These cups work great for the bigger scleral lenses. Good suction to hold the lens to the eye, and a good release into eye with a little squeeze. Great value for the money, and each comes in its own plastic container, which is great for home or travel. These are for inserting lens only, but in a pinch, you could use for removal.

I like the fact that they come in individual containers to keep it sanitary

Comes in a nice container which keeps it clean when traveling. I cut the bottom off making it easier to guide contact into eye.

Great to hold a Sclera large lens filled with saline for insertion. The SMALL ones are for taking lenses out. Need to wet w saline before suctioning to lens for removal.

I have a scleral contact lens for my left eye and am just getting used to inserting and removing it. This lens is a hard one and really big. It covers the whole eye and sits on the white of the eye. This plunger is the exact same one my eye doctor game me to insert the lens and it works the same. It holds the lens securely and allows me to sort of push the lens onto my eye by releasing the suction. I would not imagine that these plungers would be good for soft or even normal sized hard lenses. But for scleral lenses, they do the job better than the little plungers I use to remove the lens and certainly better than me trying to get the lens in my eye with my finger. They come in little plastic containers so I can always keep one in my little contact kit I made for on the go. For the right lens, these are so helpful. Just don't buy these for regular lenses. They are not made for those types of lenses.
