Senior approved
Love this stuff. As a senior, is so much easier than trying to thread a needle. I was paying to have garments hemmed. Used on a pair of pants I generally wear weekly, has held up without reapplying.

Easy to use, holds fast, stiffens fabric slightly, CAN BE SEWN
I used this to make keychains and wristlets with a nylon strap webbing core and grosgrain ribbon on the outside. It helped hold everything in place while I did a top stitch. Likely could have gotten away without a top stitch if my project had been the same width, but I like to make things durable as possible. It lended a nice stiffness to the project. Not so much to be rigid, but enough to add a feeling of 'substantial' and 'quality' to it. I am very please with how they turned out. If I had just stitched them, they would be floppy and sad looking. This doesn't have a paper backing, unlike the Heat n' Bond sheets. Each has it's pros and cons, so choose for your project. For hems and such, this is better and quicker. USE PARCHMENT PAPER. Cover your ironing surface, pin in place by corners if you can. Then your project, then another piece on top. This will protect your iron. It will stick to your iron if it touches, and you will have to wait for the thing to cool down and then scrape, clean it off. Save yourself some frustration and get a roll of parchment paper, store it with this in your craft sewing stuff.

Great item
I wanted something that would hold those little folds on your shorts, even through washing them, so that I didn't have to iron them each time. I was very skeptical when they came in. But I will tell you that they are great. I mean great. I used them on my shorts and ironed them like the instructions said to do. Then a little strip cam off after ironing it and thought oh man another failed item. BUT I put my shorts in the washer, at least 4-5 times since I used it and they are still holding in their shape. I guess that little strip is supposed to come off and the adhesive left behind without that strip. I have to say my skepticism turned in to complete satisfaction.

It only worked on half
I followed the instructions and it only stuck on half. It was a definite let down. It’s cheap so if you want to risk it then by all means you can try. I definitely wouldn’t buy it again

durable, permanent, easy-to-use, great value!
If you hate to sew but don't mind ironing, this is the stuff for you! Instantly fix a hem with a few minutes' work, and it stays fixed permanently, as far as I can tell. I fixed the hem on a sheet and it has lasted through weekly washings for three years, and also used it in an outdoor application (a polyester cloth banner) and it lasted through two months of wind, rain, and sub-freezing temps. Great value, and you can trim the glue/tape to the width you need for each project.

This product is a MUST HAVE for anyone who isn't so great at sewing or using a sewing machine. I purchased a sewing machine to hem some of my daughter's back to school pants and I ended up by finding out about this product when searching on YouTube for tips on heming pants. I came straight to Amazon to order some. I had it by the next day, and I was hemming, everything I could possibly find in my home that needed heming, after realizing, just how easy it was to use this product. It is a very straightforward product. You just fold the material up to length you need it, put a strip of this hemming tape on the inside fold and iron the material for 3-5 seconds. Then flip the material over and iron for 1-3 seconds. Then I cut off any extra material. With one of the thicker rolls, I was able to hem all my LL yoga pants that needed it (4), 5 pairs of back to school pants in denim, cotton, polyester blends etc. (and even one pair of trackpants), and three pairs of pj pants and I STILL had some hemming tape left on that roll. Now I just wish I hadn't wasted sooo much time with trying to learn a sewing machine lol

No pegan casi nada. Esta bien para un solo uso una emergencia pero no te aguanta la prenda dos puestas

Easy to use, but no holding power after being washed a couple times. I would use for things that you are not going to wash/dry frequently.
