Taste is okay
Has an edible enough taste, the texture is different from regular pasta so you can tell the difference. But I expect I’ll adapt to the taste with time.

Actually tastes of spaghetti
Well I cannot fault this at all. Tastes lovely and apart fro t eh colour it looks like regular spaghetti

Great spaghetti!
I think the taste is similar to regular spaghetti it held on to some of the taste of the salt I added to the water as per my usual way of cooking anything boiled, the colour does dull as it cooks, but it still maintained the redish hue. It cooks nicely but doesn't overcook very easily and takes longer to get to medium texture of spaghetti. Definitely better for if you prefer to not jave soft spaghetti. This was actually a plus for me since I accidentally left it to cook for too long and don't like my spaghetti too soft. Went really nicely with pesto and also went nicely as spag. bol. And took on the flavour of the spices I added to the water on another occasion.Bought as I needed a way to improve my iron and protein and fibre intake, and this hit all those points, with it being made from red lentils.(Not purchased from amazon when I tried it, so I can't say anything for the seller)I ended up buying out the stock from my local shop after trying it since it was on clearance quite cheap and I didn't know if I'd ever see it again. I will buy more when I use up the insane amount I bought for myself as a single-person household.

This is my second review. I did not receive the item for a very long time - so I wrote a review- not received very disappointed. However about two weeks after posting the bad review I have received the goods. Coincidence??? I don't know- Anyway, the product is ok. If you used to "normal"spaghetti this is different but fine if you are looking to replace carb with more proteins.
